The location was good. The room keys did not work on several occasions. We had to keep going to the front desk for assistance. Very annoying.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the onsite Steak & Ale restaurant.

We always inspect our hotel room before bringing any of our belongings inside. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered, we noticed a very strong, unpleasant smell. It seemed like there may have been a pet odor that had been heavily covered up with cleaning products, and the combination was pretty overwhelming. We immediately let the front desk know. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, so we had to stay in that room. We had researched hotels in the surrounding area beforehand and knew this was the best price we could find, so we decided to make the best of it. I do want to give credit to the gentleman at the front desk. He was extremely polite, understanding, and even offered us a refund because of the condition of the room. This used to be my favorite hotel when visiting family but it has gone downhill. Our room had no working heat the temperature in the room was in the low 60’s, and the worst part is they did nothing about it, didn’t appear to care. I would have gone elsewhere but I had family staying there but I won’t be back.

Room is very clean

I have safety concerns about this property. They placed my family in an adjoining room with rude, loud, and harassing teens that were unsupervised. This was disruptive and I could not feel comfortable here.

AC was out. I read in previous comments about it. Weeks before …It still probably isn’t fixed.

I loved my stay. I will definitely be a repeat guest. It is so close to Fairview Ridges Hospital and I work there. I will definitely be back!!

Great place, very quiet & parking was good

location was great, pool was nice and hot tub we purposely chose this location because it advertised a full bar. We stayed on a Saturday night and the bar closed at 9:55pm. At minimum i'd expect it open until 11pm on a Saturday night. so that was a bummer.
