Do not book that room

The parking lot is full of potholes in the back, hallway carpet is stained, takes a long time to get hot water in your room, and I had to have someone fix my tv twice. Grant it I was only there 3 nights.

For the most part the interior of the building was kept clean, it took them a couple of days to clean up spilled dry cereal off of the steps. The exterior was kept fairly clean, with the exception of a glass, still about half full, left on a lamp post for most of my stay.

Parking was incredibly awkward and there was no ramp for using the luggage cart near the entrance without lifting it up. The lights in the swimming pool area were broken so it was only open in the daylight.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was good. Overall, we had an exciting time

Price was right Did not know there was no elevator and my wife has leg problems. Also room was not very clean. Pool was so small.

Price is good, room is clean, pool is nice. Unfortunately, the place is built with no sound insulation. I could clearly hear both sides of the phone conversation in the room next-door. Everybody could clearly hear the very loud teenagers in the hall at 1 AM. I don’t think anything could fix that except for a retrofit to install sound insulation in the walls and doors.

The Location The room smelled like smoke even though it was a no smoking room the TV was unwatchable because it was black all around viewing area the loudness of hotel guests above us kids running the halls

Breakfast was average.

The room is clean. Check in was quick. Good breakfast. Great amenities.
