Best Western Byron Center

Great location.

It was OK. Breakfast isn’t served until 7. Hard for contractors to eat before going to work. Front desk staff barely spoke- never a greeting except when I was leaving. It was nice to have soap shampoo and conditioner- always a plus. There is an attached restaurant, but, again, not really dor contractors, when you get a pet diet per day. One dinner would take the bulk of my per diem. Closest fast food is Culver’s- I ate there! Their fish is good, and the smothered steak is too! The outlet mall is close - if you are there for shopping.

Sheets were awful. Didn’t fit well snd Polly, old cheap sheets. The tv was not in front of the bed. It was on one side of the room and the king bed was on the other. How do people design rooms like this? We had to sit up in the bed and crook our necks to the left in order to watch tv. We were there to be close yo medical procedure in the morning. We wouldn’t like this if we were on vacation at all!!!

Always a great place to stay close to family. Love going to the outlets that are so close.

Clean, easy to check in and check out. Hot tub too! Plenty of parking. Common space in lobby available for games or to hang out with a small group.

We had a nice 3 night stay at this hotel. Located conveniently about 15-20 minutes from the heart of grand rapids and right across from the outlet mall. The room and property were clean and there was a hot breakfast each morning with the room. The room itself was comfortable and all the little amenities you'd don't always see anymore (iron, hair dryer, fridge, mirmcrowave).

Clean and spacious rooms & lobby area. Breakfast was excellent. Big selection of items on breakfast bar. Something for everyone. Very large area with plenty of room to move around in. The ladies kept cleaning the tables after use and sweeping the floors.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The second night of our stay the room above us was noisy, sounded like running and jumping around.

It was just weird. There was almost no one staying there. Breakfast was underwhelming and food was not hot and the breakfast was set up on an adjacent building and once again there no one else there. It was just very strange.

Wonderful Hotel. Clean, friendly, and the Restaurant, Samos, was a great surprise. Great staff in both facilities. We felt welcome, and safe. We travel with our French Bulldog, and she was welcomed as well. Easy access to the Outlet mall, other restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from Gun Lake Casino. We had a wonderful weekend, and we look forward to returning here again.

Just that there were so many youngsters we couldn’t use the hot tub & we tried 4 times ☹️
