The tv kept having problems

Treatment was so professional, clean rooms, manager Jessica VanHouten assisted us through the process of our stay at jBest Western , eventhough we showed up late due to the family problems. Thank you so much for the service and I recommend others and we will come again.

The onsite restaurant

Everything was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would have liked bacon on the breakfast buffet but the sausage was fine.

Elevator was small

Staff was friendly, area was clean, room was clean

Was there 4 nights. Coffee machine in lobby was not working twice. Frequent noise from dogs amd mess in hall. Breakfast food items (eggs, sausage, etc.) were room temp. Maid only partly did the housekeeping tasks and did not properly restock items or make bed. Room needs better lighting. Area around bed needs carpet not just vinyl floors everywhere. Shower floor at opposite end of shower head was slick. Staff were courteous.

Convenient location and comfortable beds

The location is great! We were attending a sporting event. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Gym had everything I needed. Easy check in. Not really a breakfast eater. But it would’ve been nice to have honey, cranberries and nuts for oatmeal. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again. Hotel looks new. Like that a restaurant was connected.

I couldn't raise the sound. The remote was terrible as it was marked as to what the buttons were actually for. The breakfast surprised me. The food was cold. I didn't like the cold eggs and potatoes. The coffee was hot, but so very strong I didn't care for it. I was disappointed 😞.

Everything was fine, but our reservation was for 4 adults and both nights only 3 towels and 2 coffee packs were in the room. There should be enough for all registered guests.

We enjoyed our stay, I only hope their gym machines were better kept and a functioning TV would be helpful as well. Other than that it was a great stay.
