Exceptional

It was quiet and safe. We did not use amenities or have breakfast. Bed and room were adequate with exception of bathtub that looked, well, disgusting. Unsure what the stain was from. Good thing we didn’t try to shower because we also discovered we had zero bath towels or washcloths. Thankfully we had one hand towel and made do.

Clean room with Uber pick up. Very nice breakfast as well

Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. The whole floor smelled funky. For a 2 person room there was 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel, no wash clothes.

When we got there at 3 to check in there were 4 people ahead of us. We wanted to change for a surprise birthday party and had to change in the bathroom. We had to check in once we got back later that night. The ac wasn’t working and it was very warm. It was too late to ask front desk for help.

Location and the bed was comfortable The pool was closed. The floor in my room had not been vacuumed

Nice place, nice location, friendly staff

Upon arrival to the hotel, I had to wait 25 minutes to check in. The man checking me in was on his phone the entire time having a conversation with another person and not paying attention to the people in line trying to check in. My room had dried puke on the couch, my bed sheets had pee stains. We ended up leaving and staying the night at home. We came back in the morning to at least enjoy our free breakfast. Unfortunately, the meal was sub-par at best. Sausages tasted like chemicals; the eggs were dry and flavorless. No cream cheese available for their bagels. Overall, I have decided this property is not worth the price. Which is a real shame because I have stayed at this hotel before with 0 issues. They must have new owners, or the current owners no longer care about this hotel. 0 stars.

They called us at 5pm on the day we were supposed to check in to let us know they canceled our reservation. They had overbooked. They did not offer any solutions, just "Sorry, I don't know what to tell you".

Toilet ran non stop, no shampoo in the shower, they have the full size bottles mounted on the wall but there was only conditioner. Shower tub wouldn’t drain. I was standing in water up to my shins during a quick shower. Front desk refused compensation.

We liked the big whirl pool in the room, as well as the air conditioner. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. We didn’t like that 3 of the outlets by the bed did not work as well as a light by the left side of the bed, 2 lights were out above Whirl pool, had to hold down the toilet knob to adequately flush toilet, and the curtains did not roll to close.

We had an issue booking through Expedia. It wouldn’t let me put in for our pet and once we got there the rooms we booked weren’t pet friendly so instead of getting the two 2 queen bed rooms we had to stay in a king room with a pull out couch and neither the hotel or Expedia would refund the money so thankfully the two extra people that were coming backed out or we would have been cramped in one room or been charged extra money for another room. Either way it worked out and we were fine just wish I wouldn’t have had to pay for two rooms when I got pushed in 1.

Pet friendly Pool was broken-didnt say on Booking. Com. On Booking.com room was booked as 2 queen beds. Their reservation had a King and sofa. Waited over an hour for a new room .
