Great room with easy booking online with Expedia. Large room with the usual microwave and mini fridge. Lots of towels for the bathroom. Fast hot water in the shower. Great breakfast! I loved the option of real French toast instead of the usual waffle maker you find. Diced fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage and bacon, and biscuits and gravy. Got us started in the right way. Other continental fair was also available. Great place. We'll return.

The hotel was at least dry and out of the elements. The pool area along with our room were not overly clean or well maintained. The water park looked enticing online and seemed to be a hit with families looking for a fun stay, but the water in the pool, splash area and hot tub was very dingy and had a film. The floor of the splash area is either stained or dirty but definitely needs maintenance. Our beds were not very comfortable and overall the hotel seemed a bit run down. It was good enough for us to travel to see the races, but not one I would come back to. The staff were very friendly overall. Also we could hear conversations in neighboring rooms and could hear people walking/running even with the TV on and we were on the 4th floor.

Close parking, friendly front desk, staff, and helpful when I called with questions. Charge for more than four wristbands. Breakfast was crowded not enough room for everyone to sit and had to wait for food to be refilled both days.

Didn’t even stay! The hotel general manager is horrible! The customer service she provided was absolutely unprofessional! First of all, she assumed that my granddaughter was having a birthday party. It wasn’t a birthday party. It was just her cousins coming with her to spend the night. As I stated, she assumed that we were having a birthday party. Then trying to charge us $250. Also, we were not told there was an additional $15 per child to be in the pool. I asked her for a refund and she simply told me she can’t. Instead of trying to work something out with us! Mind you my granddaughter was turning 5 not 15. But like I said, she assumed that it was a party! So, you’re telling me a family of 10 couldn’t stay there because it’s a party as she assumed. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WITH SMALL CHILDREN. She made her cry because she couldn’t swim with her cousins. By the way drove 45 minutes just to stay there! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent with plenty of options. That I could hear everything out in the hallway from inside my room. Also that the "quiet time" wasn't enforced. Some of the people on my floor were noisy all night long.

Staff was very kind kids had so much fun at pool and everything was so clean! No problems at all but hotels does some the breakfast is free and it’s not you have to pay for it only thing wrong tbh really not the hotels fault

The breakfast was awesome, great that it was hot and freshly made with a variety of items. The lock on our door was a bit sticky and the keys didn't work twice. Wasn't an issue since the front desk people were always around and helpful. I wish there had been a dresser in the room, it was large but had no storage.

Clean and the kids enjoyed the pool Couldn’t take a shower because the water was either so hot you couldn’t touch it or ice cold, had to fill the tub up with hot water then cold water to cool it down for my kids to take a bath.

Great place to stay!

Staff was not very professional when they saw that I booked through hotels.com. put us in a horrible room location, because it was all they had available on last minute, but I booked 2 weeks out and app showed several rooms available. Door wouldn't lock, stay shut, unless you locked it from the inside. Tub faucet was broken, toilet paper holder was broken, Housekeeping started vacuuming outside room at 7:30 a.m. Hot tub jets didn't work, bottom of hot tub felt gritty, sandy.

The room was very spacious and nice. Only suggestion I would have for future guests is ask for a room away from the elevators.
