Helpful staff, but breakfast only available until 9:30 on weekends.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were cleaner than usual. A/C unit kept going out but they were willing to accommodate.

Breakfast was your typical basic bagels, waffle maker, etc. Disappointed in the room we had as there were clear spilt liquid on the wall, and the rug looked at though it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few stays. But the beds were clean, and the bathroom was clean.

Room and facilities were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but acceptable, hot, and well maintained. Pool was a bit a little chilly and a over chlorinated, but typical for high-volume public spaces. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly - no/limited bubbles, but it was still warm and able to be used otherwise. The overall facilities are a bit out-dated and could use some renovations, but overall it was clean and well maintained.

This place is a transient, room by the hour or perhaps a one-month+ stay for dislocated people…many with small children. I believe one of the requirements is you either hang out in the parking lot, or in the hallways…but either way you must smoke weed! We felt very unsafe in the environment…3 nights was too long! I will NEVER stay at this location again, nor would I wish it on anyone else!

Was there for a cheer competition with all my kids and family. Great place for the kids they loved the pool

The rooms were spacious

The pool area was great! Breakfast was decent. The bathroom in my room was super small, door almost didn’t close it’s so close to the toilet.

Pros: staff was friendly. Nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was ok. My husband said the bed was comfortable but I thought it was too soft. It had good water pressure.

Breakfast was nothing but yogurt and juice 2hrs into them serving breakfast. Our sheets were clean but our blankets and pillows were stained and nasty looking. Bathroom was extremely tight. Shutting the door you had to stand between the tub and the toilet. Room was quiet minus the loud air conditioner that made an awful noise. Last but not least parking is extremely tight. Never have had to leave a bad review but I would hate to see someone lose money on a nights stay like I did.

The rate and the bed! I saw an insect. Not sure but it looked like a baby cockroach in the bathroom. The cloth seat looked a bit soiled but it was dry.
