Very nice and relaxing and love the breakfast

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was safe and affordable. It is in a good location in Grand Rapids, as well.

Perfect for our overnight stay. Clean with all we needed. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

We loved it, its now our new favorite place to stay for a night away!

Nice clean hotel there on business and fit the bill

Everything was prefect and the staff were all wonderful!

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was located near where we needed to be. Front desk staff was friendly. A room that could sleep 4 had 2 towels, hand towels, and washcloths for 2 nights. Other family had same problem. There were no glasses or cups in room. Breakfast second morning ran out or food at 8:30 and sign removed for some hot food. It wasn't filled while we remained at least 20".

Very nice hotel, definitely will book again if we need one in the area

I was very happy with our stay at the Hampton Inn. I loved the room, cleanliness, location and comfort of the beds. Breakfast included a lot of choices and never left hungry in the morning.

The breakfast, the pool, the room, the shower, the staff. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

Great location and wonderful staff. The shower was extremely tight. I am 5’4 and had difficulty washing my hair. My elbows kept hitting the side and door of the shower.

Everything was great the only complaint I have is keep more toilet paper stocked in the rooms. Only the roll on the dispenser when we got there and it was a halfsie. Other than that it was great! Second time staying there too :)

Bedding was comfortable. Nice big TV. Good lighting and charging access. There was a bug on the bed cover. The faucet in the bathroom leaked. The breakfast was disappointing as the toaster didn't work. The sprinkler system sprayed my car with hard water etching.

Room and facility were very clean and comfortable! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and very hot. Offered a good selection of food choices and many extras such as fresh cheese for the omelets and several toppings for the oatmeal and also for the waffles!

Hot tub bubbler and pool shower need repair. Needs more pool towels.

Great location

Jill at the desk was obviously swamped, but a great attitude and super helpful. Thank you! The room was clean and seemed pretty new. Kids had fun in the pool. And breakfast had a real good selection of everything.

The breakfast was GOOD for hotel breakfast too.
