This hotel is off the highway a bit so it’s not too busy or hectic to get to ! & it’s very close to lots to do! Our only issues were the fact that both my parents & my family’s room keys stopped working multiple times throughout our trip. We were locked outside on the patio multiple times & had to result to walking around the hotel to the front to get back in. That was frustrating..the other things honestly were just little things. Our one light didn’t work, the ac was so noisy we didn’t turn it on. Thankfully my parents & is room was connected. We just hung out in there. The bathroom is insanely small. & there’s no freezer option for extended stays such as us. Also they don’t have a hot tub. Genuinely gutted to find that out!

It was a short stay, but the room comfortably held our family of 5. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, good breakfast options, and the staff were all very helpful.

Breakfast was gross-stayed there 3 days-we actually had green eggs one day- burnt hard sausages the next- All the employees were on their phones-our air conditioning kept leaking water HUGE PUDDLES-every morning I woke up with wet clothes and stepped in a big puddles of water. Had to ask many times to get some help with it-they came and still happened, couldn’t get a new room since they were booked. We felt robbed staying there-soon as we got there I had to take my pillow downstairs cuz there was BLOOD on the pillow case- was told manager would get with me-nothing. Asked for extra pillows-they didn’t have any-one morning they ran out is supplies and they were using surrounding businesses cups, napkins-when I went to check out I asked for the mangers card-they only had the assistant mangers cards out the other cards were behind the desk-so I haven’t been able to connect to even try to get some of our money back-what a JOKE!
