Such a great place to stay! All of the staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The facility was spotless and the outdoor area was amazing! We were able to sit outside and watch the 4th of July fireworks around a fire pit. Our room was perfect with the brightest bathroom. Would definitely stay her again!

Pool timing should be a bit late to close. 10 pm is not convenient for the families who travel.

Room was nice and clean i like the full refrigerator and stove... The hall ways was not clean.. not a good representation

There wasn't a public mailbox and the Front desk staff wasn't sure they could add it to the facilities mailbox

All good other then the pool was cloudy when trying to use. Also the kitchen sink in the room was leaking. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Staff were friendly and clean room. The bed was comfortable. Had a fill kitchenette.

It was central to where we needed to be. The room was spacious enough to accommodate three adults. Overall, great interaction with some of the staff. We only stayed less than 24hrs but if another opportunity presents itself I’d stay here again. The only think I didn’t care to much for was that I had to be up so early to be to breakfast. I wish breakfast lasted til at least 10a so I could try and sleep in a little longer than normal.

They did not help me at all, the lady at the front desk was rude and said they over booked and basically kicked me out Could have called or emailed me that the hotel overbooked, instead was greeted with attitude and told to leave. The host at the front desk was no help at all

Great place to stay

58 reservations were canceled a glitch in their system. We didn’t receive the same rooms we booked. One of the doors was jammed and they had to try and use different tools to open it because they couldn’t even get it open. The air conditioner didn’t work and they had no extra blankets available to give us so we had to go to the local Walmart to pick up blankets and pillows.

Reservation was canceled between Expedia and Hotel. No communication until I arrived after long travel… Hotel staff said it was canceled. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never use Expedia nor Hotel ever again

Very clean very friendly staff

The breakfast was great and the location was good.

The rooms were comfortable We couldn’t adjust the volume on the tv, the outlets didn’t work in the bathroom

Facility is wonderful clean and nice How ever they double charged me on my check out date then tried to ding my card 8 different times ( random amounts)for a total of over 2700 dollars that was after being charged twice called Sunday it's now Thursday and still yet to resolve it even tho they admitted they over charged me and had me submit photos of my bank statements..... Considering I stay in gr almost every weekend and loved this hotel I urge no one to stay here it's soooooo scammy and the fact they are not concerned nor trying to refund me faster just makes it that much worse....

Property was clean, well lite and spacious. Breakfast had great options, beds were soft yet comfy and there was plenty of hot water N/A
