I would know they canceled my reservation without a notice and I went without a room that night very pissed off

Literally the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Turned the lights on and cockroaches were everywhere! Like tons of them ! Sheets were covered in hair! Staff was extremely rude as well

For the price… it is what it is! We’ve enjoyed our stay!

Staff were helpful. Room was a little noisy. Alot of doors slamming.

DIRTY NASTY ROOMS, FILTHY LINEN, NO SHEETS ON BEDS AND THEY HAVE COCKROACHES AND THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!

Buyer beware - this property does not do check-ins after midnight! We were left stranded at 1am after a long day of travel. Yet, Hotels.com let us book the hotel. Beyond frustrating.

Bed had only a fitted sheet - no flat sheet no comforter. What hotel expects you to bring a sleeping bag? No ice machine, no ice in room, National brand with no quality control. Avoid

Management needs to pay housekeeping more money so the hotel can fill the rooms.

Very dirty and very itchy

Air conditioning didn't work, no solution was provided and nothing was followed through on

Room wasn't completely a mess, but still dirty. Bugs on counters and bathroom. Shower heads falling out of wall.

Check in and out staff were very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The property felt safe and was very convenient for travelling. Unfortunately the quality of the property is poor and the rooms are not cleaned well. Beard hair still in the sink, odd splatter stains/ stickyness on the walls and floor. The bed also had hairs in it.

Room was filled with roaches. Left immediately.

Bathroom sink was blocked and flooded with water.

Wasn’t a bad stay would stay there again if not so pricey

1 bar of soap, no hand towels, no tissues, no plugs for electrical on left side of bed, no paper cups for medicine. The motion detector for lights turned on every light in room in the middle of the night when i got up to use the bathroom. No shampoo, no hairdryer

The man at the front desk was very polite and helpful House cleaning would not give me clean linens even after paying for it
