A nice extended stay hotel

Hotel was pretty clean and the staff was helpful. Only problem was I came back from Breakfast and my room was flooded. Water came from the room up above and the room below me was flooded too. Problem was I had to clean it up myself as it was theLabor day weekend and no maintenance people were working and the housekeeping staff was at a minimum. Other than that the place was nice. and I will stay ghereagain my next trip to Grand Rapids. I was there for 2 nights, and I was given my money back for one of those nights.

For how good the reviews were, I anticipated a pretty “fine” place. But it just wasn’t. There was cockroaches and baby cockroaches in our room, and maybe even bed bugs because my girlfriend’s and i’s legs were BITTEN up. There was orange sticky stuff on the table, there were stains on the mattresses. The steam from showers set off the smoke detectors. The floor is constantly sticky with…something. All this is an issue assuming you can actually get INTO your room as your keycard will just stop working some days…which was a joy when the office closes at 10. And it hit me, the reason the reviews are so low good is because the people staying there really aren’t looking for much more than this, which is telling the type of people who are sharing a wall with you. Constant yelling. Constant new smells. Constant dogs. The only slightly redeeming quality is that the staff sorta know how bad the hotel is and they try their best to make it slightly livable. But I could not recommend to NOT stay somewhere more.

It was so bad, that I went to another hotel.

Room was clean but had roaches that came out at night, I could not get a good nights sleep and was worried about taking home roaches…. Also parking lot had people sitting around,it was a no refund policy at $125.00 a night

When I made my reservation the man charged me $11 to change the date on my reservation I ain't like that I only one day and you going to charge me $11 cuz they put the wrong date and that's something I ain't like

There was no remote for the t.v..there was only 2 towels for a room that slept 4 people. Terrible smell on the 3rd floor. We won't be back

They're do fraudulent charges on debit cards ....

My room was in terrible condition upon checking in

We went to check into our room at 6pm, got up there and our room was NEVER CLEANED! We then had to wait 20 min for staff to come in from hanging out in the parking lot. He cleaned our room personally, but we had to wait an additional HOUR before it was ready, outside the hotel with 2 young children! When we finally got into the room, the front desk worker gave our room number to a random guest who’s been staying there since February to come get forgotten cleaning supplies! UNSAFE FEELING! The next morning we then found what we truly believe was a ROACH! We couldn’t get out fast enough! We went and stayed with friends for the day and only came back at night for our last evening. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!
