Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Rapids South - Wyoming by IHG

At about 10:15 pm there was a stampede of kids in the halls. Then they were screaming and yelling from rooms kids and parents. I tried to call front desk the phone in room did not work. Used my cell phone to call and about 10:45 someone be finally came up and addressed the issue. We had stayed here before and was not impressed we won’t be staying here again.

Room was clean and quiet. Plenty of breakfast options, and great staff working it.

Nice hotel, I believe it’s only about 5 years old. Everything still seemed new and well maintained. Our suite was spacious and very clean. One of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve experienced, including several large, comfortable pillows. My wife and daughters used the pool, which they said was also very nice. There was ample parking and we felt very safe at all times. We all thought the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were fresh, with a good variety of options each day. Seating was a bit challenging during the peak breakfast hour, but we managed. There’s no question that we would stay here again, the next time we travel to this area.

My job is weather dependent and there was horrible weather forecast for the area. The hotel refused to change my reservation, by one day later, and would not offer a refund for cancellation. I’ll never book with a Holiday Inn again.

Helpful staff, clean facility.

Everything was fine except check in took a couple hours before our room was cleaned lack of help apparently.

Breakfast had a lot of variety including gluten free. Very tastey.

Everything was clean, everyone was super nice! Staff was excellent! Breakfast was AMAZING, and different selections everyday.

I would highly recommend staying there. Clean, friendly staff and close enough to uber or Drive to city.

There was a young woman and gentleman who were very nice but the other older lady there were rude and seemed bothered that she had to help us.

You could hear the traffic noise in the room.

Very nice place to stay. All staff encountered were great. Breakfast well stocked manned and clean. Coffee bar accessible 24/7 great. Rooms well maintained. Plenty around to do and eat. Easy access off highway
