Everything was perfect including breakfast

The hotel and its staff were great from check in to check out which allowed our family to have a great time.

I stayed here for a night to attend a concert in Grand Rapids. This hotel, including my room, was really clean and well-maintained. And the desk people were really helpful and nice. If I’m in the area I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. They were kind to my child, too; I always appreciate that! #respect!

The pool was small and in a small (loud) room, so the boys weren't interested. Location was great, very nice clean place, and the breakfast was fantastic!

Suggestions: (The shower needed some caulking, the corner shelf in the shower stall, (that you place your foot on), was becoming detached from the wall, and the shower doors seemed to be installed incorrectly.)

Safe area Pool ladder was broken and my toddler was almost seriously injured. Faucet in bathroom was broken as was the blinds so you couldn’t roll them up or down.
