Nothing I waited at front desk for 45 mins to check in and no one showed up

Nothing to like about this motel! This motel is dirty, disgusting, it smells and saw prostitution deals happening! Bathroom has mold, and seemed like no one cleaned it. Management doesnt care about cleanliness all they care about is the money.

Not very safe environment. Wouldn't stay here again for what they were charging. No breakfast as advertised and had to ask soap and ice bucket not provided in room. Low rating as a result.

The room did not look like the pictures online. The bathroom needs to be redone. There's a lot of maintenance that needed to be done in that room. You could not use any of the plugs because the chargers would just fall out. And when used in the hot tub the Jets barely worked and it took forever for the water to fill because they had a faucet on there that made the water come out very slowly. Very disappointed in this room

DO NOT go to or book this location. It is the worst experience that we have ever had Gas was siphoned out of our car, there what seemed to be dope fiends walking around looking like zombies asking for cigarettes hanging out in the hallway. It looked like there was suspicious activity everywhere. The rooms were terribly unkept and unclean lights didn't work in the room at all. We had to turn on the TV to get some source of light. Expedia, you should definitely end your contract agreement with this hotel. It is the worst by far. If I could give it zero stars, I would give it zero stars. It was unsafe. and also with that being said, when we did ask for a refund for the second night they said no refund would be given. We only stayed for 1 night out of the 2 and they said that they would not give us a refund for the 2nd night. So this is me sounding the alarm to anyone who reads this. Please please do not take you or your family there. Do not spend money with this particular location. It needs to be. Reassessed by the corporation because this location was the worst Wyndham by far.

Our room door was open when we got to it. Tv on. I got locked in the bathroom because the inside knob was broke. Bathroom faucet sprayed all over the place. When we checked out. There was no one around. Even after ringing the bell.

The property was outdated, the staff inattentive. Amenities available apon request, tissue and towels. The tub/ shower doesn't work the shower nozzle broken. The price I paid I could've gotten any hotel. I hope in the future Hotels.com remove nasty slum hotels from their site. Last but not least I booked a Non smoking room, I 🤔 I was staying directly in a smoke pit. Totally disappointed ☹️😞 I hope the government Shut them down or make them do Right

I was unaware that there is no elevator in this 3 floor motel. Our rooms were, of course on the 3rd floor. It was difficult getting our luggage up the stairs for a 3 night stay. Bathroom was clean, room was clean, but no hangers or kleenex around., bed was comfortable & fan/ air conditioner worked. The Motel is very noisy..heard slamming doors off & on every night.

And I was there I was supposed to have access to breakfast but there was nothing available during my stay.

It was in a location that was good for me. The smell of THC all throughout the facility. Was unbearable at times.

The fact that no one tried to break down my door during the night Unsafe. Unclean. No security.

No chairs. No table. One wash cloth. Dirty and broken flooring.

There was no breakfast served and no pool even though it showed a picture of the breakfast area when we were booking it. The toilet was stopped up and they gave my daughter a plunger to fix it herself. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The room was not clean at all In the whole place was dirI was locked out on my room for 45 minutes. Waiting for somebody to come to the front desk. Because my card didn't work.

ok to be fair I didn't even stay here because I only accidently purchased this trip some how . however I went in to the hotel to speak with the person at the desk and she was infact the absolute rudest freaking lady I've ever met . I just wanted my refund . and I asked her if she could get ahold of expedia to confirm that I infact did not stay there and she said they have to call me and I've been trying to get ahold of this hotel and expedia has to and they will not answer the phone. the hotel from the looks of it was gross and not well kept the lady who say on the desk was behind bullet proof window. expedia you should take them off your site and not do business with this hotel
