Very clean and big open rooms. Breakfast was great! You need two waffle makers. Not just one. Too many people for one.

Clean and tidy Bed and chair in room was not very comfortable. The lobby breakfast area chairs weren’t comfortable

Staff was not too friendly , breakfast was disgusting. Eggs were so watery and bacon was so thin it had no flavor I don’t believe it was actually bacon. My room was not cleaned once the entire stay one afternoon o had the do not disturb but the other 2 days it was not touched.

Very nicer property and helpful staff! The pool was cute and small and there was a nice gated area to sit outside and let the kids run :) There was also a park right down the road!

I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t like that you have to tell them you want house keeping service. It was not explained to us when we checked in that we needed to request to have our room cleaned.

The staff was kind and the location was great, breakfast was well stocked also! Our bathtub didn’t drain, there was no vent in the bathroom, and our room was very hot, the ac wouldn’t go below 72-74. The beds, especially the pullout couch, were not comfortable. There was a chewed up lollipop under the couch as well

It was clean, comfortable beds. Overall had everything we needed The flavored water in the lobby. I would keep it to.just lemon flavored

The staff were incredible, the facilities were very clean, parking was plentiful and well lit.

Friendly staff great location great

This was my first time staying at this particular property. I've stayed at dozens of Mariott properties over the years and this definitely is one of the best! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is accommodating. It's close to M6 highway making travel across town quick and easy. The breakfast buffet isn't the greatest but that's pretty standard for any Mariott property. All in all, I would stay here again next time I visit Grand Rapids.
