A very nice hotel in a very beautiful part of Los Angeles

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the whole time we were there the room had not been cleaned once. We were out all day and came back to the hotel late and noticed so we called the front desk asking if they can do anything about it. They responded with an attitude and told us if we wanted fresh sheets to go downstairs and get them ourselves! Very disappointed with the service.

Convenient location. Most of the staff are nice and friendly except one person who had some kind of attitude when I trying to get extended my stay. Property looks old and needs some maintenance. Overall not bad.

Great stay and the staff is amazing!

The hotel itself was clean, and well maintained. However, the noise level made the stay a bad experience. While I would like to say this is an isolated experience, I stayed here in the past and had the same experience. I thought that was just bad timing on my part. Turns out, it is the way it goes. I hardly slept through the night from the banging, yelling, hallway noise, and paper thin walls. I felt worse checking out than I did checking into the hotel. When I told the front desk in the morning, I was told there was a young swim team staying there who got a little loud. They also told me they were sorry. Perhaps, if they had shown through their actions they were sorry then I would not have been so upset. Instead, they simply said they were sorry and then asked me for my credit card. In the end, I felt I was a transaction and not a person. You can make it clean, look nice, and attach a name but that does not make comfort. I just wanted to sleep and be treated like I mattered. I got neither of those things at this hotel.

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

Very good service and safe travels

My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The lobby area is clean, bright and inviting. Outside is beautiful-relaxing, well maintained and also clean (are you sensing a theme?); someone was always sweeping, cleaning out the fountains ir tending to the landscape. I visited the breakfast buffet on many mornings- the food was good and the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. I have stayed here multiple times and I am always extremely satisfied.

It was well maintained and beautiful landscaping. It’s a great location. Near great businesses in area. The staff were exceptionally accommodating to my needs.
