Pool was closed, place was not clean and was an older building. For premium price the breakfast was lacking……..

Staff friendly and property clean, room smelled fresh and flowery when walking in. Breakfast was available but only had coffee. Just mins away from Choctaw Casino.

The water pressure in the shower was very low not enough pressure. The room looks old and need to be upgraded. Most uncomfortable was during the breakfast where a staff was constantly observing what I was getting from the main table where the food was placed , everything was measured and the TV was shut off while I was still eating my breakfast. I am not planning to book again in this hotel. Because of all these reasons I decided to book out a day before my original stay.

Nice place, but elevator was broken down.

Safe area near the casino, spacious, clean, nice hot breakfast, and a small outdoor seating area.

The front desk sdtaff were very friendly and accommodating

did not have, did not stay the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and I spoke to the concierge at the front desk and advised we would not stay due to the smell. They could not put us in another room saying they were booked solid. I was never offered a discount or even a refund. I booked through Booking.com and went through their refund process but the hotel would never answer any questions. This was a waste of money.

The hotel itself was nice and I wish I could have stayed longer than two hours. I had to immediately leave due to the area I was supposed to be in was over an hour away. I was not able to get a refund of some kind because I moved the pillow on the bed when I sat down. That was the only thing I did. I can say there was a Mexican Restaurant right down the street that was amazing so that was a plus.

Great place, about a mile from Choctaw Casino. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and comfortable. Will for sure stay here again!

We received a call the week of our stay, warning us that there was not an elevator on the property, to make sure we were okay with taking the stairs. (We were, but it was nice that they asked.) After we left, they went above and beyond when my husband left his diabetic supplies (insulin, refrigerated container) behind - they were willing to mail it back to us. Very responsive to some semi-frantic phone calls. We appreciate it!
