Our room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad, asked for another room but they didn’t have anything else. You could tell the room was just cleaned quickly, end table was in the middle of the room. One of the lights didn’t work. No wash rag hung up in the bathroom. They are refusing to give our money back and we didn’t even stay there. We called the front desk and all he offered was an air freshener!

Hotel needs a deep clean of everything. You can tell they just clean surface level and not actually deep clean after each visit. Morning staff was rude towards my grandmother when downstairs at breakfast hour because she couldn’t understand what he was saying. Lobby has a very strong smell. Last time saying here. Not worth it especially not for the price.

We loved how big the room was and I think he gave us the handicap accessible room because the bathroom was big with a walk-in shower and detachable shower head. The bed was comfy, ac worked well, and the lighting was nice. The towels were not good because they did not dry us off well after our shower. There also needed to be more bath towels especially for a room with two queen beds. The hair dryer did not work and there were stains on the bedspreads.

Right in the area I needed to be Breakfast was cold. None of the dispensers in the shower had anything in them, I had to go down and ask for shampoo and conditioner.

Black mold growing in the bathroom I ended up not staying there I have tried to contact manager as I was told I would get a phone call, did not. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Terrible.
