I paid for the honeymoon suite specifically for the in room jacuzzi and it did not work I was told I’d be contacted by the manager which has never happened so I paid a ton extra for a standard room with a tub that didnt work

Nice, clean hotel that accepts dogs! Lots of space for a walk. Short drive or uber to Choctaw Casino. Breakfast, too.

Exactly what we needed…..

Didn't do breakfast because had breakfast with a family member in nearby town. It was already planned. Whomever set up and did breakfast at 5 am was very loud slamming doors and banging and clanging things at 5 am in the am without concern for people sleeping. If you didn't go to get coffee with good creamer by the time breakfast done it was all cleared away by 940 am.

We definitely won't be going back. Mold in the bathroom along the wall . Beds were hard as a rock. Paid for 2 nights , but left after 1 , it was that bad.

They use have great breakfast one of reason would book there Sadly there breakfast not good any more they just have cereal and. Waffles not for me I will half to find different one to stay at that it what it say it is

Disgusting :( they say kitchenette suite, but no utensils or any pots/pans. But don't worry, cabinets are filled with other guests things. It's so weird. Would never stay here again.

Only a few people there on Thursday night. Only coffee available Friday morning, no breakfast. Not sure if there was breakfast on Saturday. On Saturday morning housekeeping banged on our door multiple times. We had to tell them we paid for late check out. It was frustrating. Why didn’t they have or read the hotel report. I probably would stay again but we will probably never be back in that part of the country again. We were only there for a concert at the casino.

This hotel is a 3 minute drive to casino! Very clean

The Manager of this property was very pleasant. On check in I discovered that I had accidentally booked 3 rooms. I only meant to book 2. Manager canceled the "3rd room" at no charge while we were still checking in.. Both rooms were booked in my name, however 1 of the rooms was for my daughter and her husband. They used their credit card for the 2nd room. We all traveled from Abilene, TX. together for this casino trip. Once we got the keys and went to our separate rooms is when this hotel stay turned bad. Our room ( 2 queens ) was "okay". Not great, but doable. My daughter's room however was horrible. There was what looked to be dried blood on the comforter. We went to the manager immediately. He was accommodating and switched out for another room. The next room..hair on the pillows. At this point we all wanted out. We were traveling together, and this made it difficult because we wanted to stay together. This was definitely not anticipated. Since my room was "do-able" my husband and I stayed because I didn't want to pay for yet another hotel room, knowing that they would not offer my room a refund. Manager said they would refund their card and I trust that he will. The location is why I booked here in the first place, but I never thought we would come across this cleanliness issue. Hire responsible cleaners!!! Even hire third party professionals in your area if you have to. I know it must be difficult to keep housekeepers these days, but come on!! If you own a hotel, AND you want to be in business, clean the rooms! The manager took pics of the comforter and pillow. I am hoping he shows them to the property owner. This is why the negative reviews. Ya'll, this would be a great place ( very convenient to the casino ) if only they would consider doing laundry and cleaning the showers.
