Why was I charged a resort fee on my credit card when I checked out. All my fees were supposed to be covered by my Expedia payment

The hotel was very nice but huge. If you are first time visitor like us, check in can be confusing. We stayed in the sky tower which was not clearly marked. It's labeled the Onyx. Once checked in everything was fine. We stayed two nights, but were only given towels for one night. Had to request additional towels. We have an EV and was able to have valet parking charge it for us. That was worth the confusion of checking in.

It was very clean and nice. Located in a good spot. No breakfast. For what i paid breakfast is a must! I 've been in a lot cheaper motels that were just as nice, clean and comfortable and had great breakfasts.

We came for the pools and they did not disappoint! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food options on the property were perfect for the occasion. The steak and mashed potatoes from the steakhouse were top tier!
