Not a bad place to stay.

The entire property was very clean. Easy check in process. The staff ( Robert) was very helpful and kind. My family was attending an event early morning and the included breakfast did not disappoint. I would book again.

No complaints, everything was great.

I stayed in room 112 and there was a roach in the bathroom.

We will DEFINITELY be staying at this hotel again. Every inch of the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was small, but had good options. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. The pool/ hot tub were clean.The staff were so nice and friendly. I really have nothing negative to say about it.

The staff was really friendly, and they served a yummy breakfast. The only reason I'm giving the hotel an OK rating overall is because of our room location. We asked to change rooms, but unfortunately, they were all booked up and couldn't accommodate. Our room was located on the first floor right next to the lobby and laundry facilities. It also faced the major highway and our window looked out to the entry to the hotel lobby. All of this caused for a noisy room where there was no privacy whatsoever if you wanted to draw the drapes open for some natural sunlight. In light of this, my recommendation that if you reserve this hotel that you make sure to request a room that is not near the lobby or laundry facilities.

number out loud which I know they’re not suppose to do. It is extremely concerning when women are traveling by themselves. She also started telling me about the breakfast as I was walking away. Literally the worse check in experience I’ve ever had, which basically set my mood for the rest of the day, which was only over night, so I wasn’t even there for long

It was nice to be greeted with an oatmeal cookies on our arrival. I noticed that there was no bath mat in the tub and we were having a little difficulty with the tv. I did mention that to the young man ,working at the reception desk, He was VERY apologetic. He did have Mario, maintenance worker there within 5 minutes as well as housekeeping with a bath mat. The hotel beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend and stay there again.

Honestly didn't like the smell of the hallways

Close to the freeway, 7 Eleven, downtown restaurants. Plenty of towels, shampoo, and body wash for hygiene purposes. Clean bedding and working A/C.

Hotel is a great place to stay. Quick access to the freeway. Rooms are larger than normal. Breakfast is well stocked, and the Facility is really clean! While we were there the City of Cabrillo was going to have a planned power outage and the Hotel made sure there was a generator available to take over when the power cut out. There was little to no time with out power!

Very friendly staff and loved that we could open the window for fresh air.

Overall a good hotel. During a busy period the breakfast area can be rather crowded though.
