Quality Inn & Suites Camarillo - Oxnard

The receptionist had so much patience w the demands of all the guests in front of me (I was fifth in line). I was able to over hear their issues and concerns and she was able to handle all within a short time. Very helpful when it came to me and I was done within minutes.. Ms Garcia deserves a medal!

I didn't eat breakfast at the location. But what I did appreciate was when I arrived, I was tired due to driving most of the day. The associate let me know about breakfast and also said we have complementary muffins, sweet rolls and coffee for your convenience. I was thrilled because I was able to grab a snack that satisfied my hunger, go to my room and relax after a long drive. I didn't have to go out and get something to eat I was traveling alone and would have preferred the rooms to be on the inside of the building and not exposed to the outdoors. It was not a deal breaker and my stay was enjoyable

Room was very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that I had to get a new room key card several times as the key card would stop working.

The key didn’t always work and we had to get a new one a couple of times.

This was our 2nd time staying there. We love it. Will be back next summer.

It was ok There was not enough seating for the breakfast area.

Breakfast and friendly check in procedure No one telling the inconsiderate tenants to quiet down. Need to have people be quiet at night. People talking on phones outside super loud, outside their rooms which unsure why they couldnt be inside their room, people talking loud/having intercourse unnecessarily loud (probably for attention) from the hours 10-4am. Only hotel so far where it isnt a common courtesy to be respectful at late hours. Should make it a norm.

Dirty hallways. Abandoned cleaning carts day and night at hallways.

Large comfortable rooms at a decent price Nothing especially. We did not use the pool which was too close from the highway thus quite noisy

Well the check in I waited over 30mins for someone to come back from break/lunch. I guess only 1 person works there. The breakfast is terrible it looks like the food is from the day before burned or over cooked. When came down the last day there wasn’t any food available we had to wait 15 mins for them to bring it up. Would have been nice for a better breakfast some potatoes maybe hash browns?

Stayed over the weekend room was clean and bed was comfy.. my husband and I enjoyed the amenities that were provided such as pool and spa and breakfast every morning… nice and quiet of the highway would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area

Typical breakfast, plentiful and was well spread out. Plenty of options. Larger Ice maker was out, and on the larger and only on the second floor (first floor had a smaller ice maker). Key card kept getting demagnetized, probably better to migrate to a tap system.

Easy access of freeway Room smelled. Freeway traffic loud in room. Bathroom sink area lighting poor.

The cleanliness, wasn’t worth the money.

Hot water was nice, clean sheets, somewhat updated interior. Key cards almost never worked, roach in bathroom, flying roach in room at night, stairs, elevator and walking halls all had trash bag liquid spill all over, sticky.

Wifi did not connect, no extra toilet paper rolls just a half a roll left, juice in breakfast tasted funny like they cleaned it and didnt rinse after. Bed was not firm very worn, still comfortable. Other that its a very nice clean space to stay.
