Room was good for the price. Definitely will be back.

The room was clean and it the stage as friendly

Breakfast was great, as was the front desk person who checked us in. However, our room smelled badly of cat urine. We were too tired to deal with it that night, but mentioned it to the young man at the desk the next morning. He did not seem to be too concerned about it, or note the room number.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was the bathroom light and fan would not stay off. It would turn on a few minutes after it was turned off, which ment it ran all night. I put in a request for maintenance, but they were not able to get to it. Otherwise, I loved my stay.

I was kind of bummed about listening to my needs.They don't get that on their side. so needing a room on the first floor I did not get. Nobody ever seems to read this special request box.

The walls are super thin. You can hear every word of the neighbor next to you as well as their TV. You can hear people walking up and down the hallway with their suitcases dragging along. The place smells like bleach and cleaner so you might assume it's clean, but the construction crew forgot to do their painting clean up and finishing so there are big holes in the doors where doorstops used to be and paint on the wallpaper. The floors are also uneven. The location is great and if you need a safe place to land, this is it. Beds are comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi are nice.

peaceful stay although one pm staff when asked for a towel was too lazy to get a towel and we were told that she’s gonna send someone for it nobody came… but on the other hand one staff Alyssa when asked for a towel went to the laundry to get us a towel 😊

I arrived tired and had ants crawling all over my bed, again, no way to call the lobby. No where here to post pics of the ants but I will on Yelp. They need to fire their pest control company if there are ants in their guests beds

Stay was okay , room smelled funny but other than that everything else was fine.

Room was clean. I was single lady and was put on an outside corner in the back of hotel. Breakfast was dull. Eggs fried too much. Not much of a variety breakfast wise. Front desk staff was helpful, parking ok.

One of the biggest things was the I was able to hear everything. The walls are so thin. The neighbors, upstairs ext. other than that it was a good stay.

Place is okay- stayed for two nights and figured they would clean trash and put more towels in room since I saw staff going into the room when we left for the day, but nothing was done. Trash was still there and no new towels where put in the room. Showered my children in the afternoon and had to ask front desk for more towels, and they only had pool towels. Power cards were locked after the first night so had to go back to front desk to get access to my room.

Easy access from freeway and close to restaurants, stores. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was a nice stay

The receptionist had so much patience w the demands of all the guests in front of me (I was fifth in line). I was able to over hear their issues and concerns and she was able to handle all within a short time. Very helpful when it came to me and I was done within minutes.. Ms Garcia deserves a medal!

Room was very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that I had to get a new room key card several times as the key card would stop working.

The key didn’t always work and we had to get a new one a couple of times.

This was our 2nd time staying there. We love it. Will be back next summer.
