First of all you need to clarify your name correctly. It didn't say anything about the name Sure Stay. The room was extremely hot. Poorly laid out. You had one ac unit in the dining area. The sheets were very rough hard on the skin. Now the breakfast was absolutely ridiculous. Green bananas pre packaged breakfast sandwiches. Frozen waffles wrapped in Saran Wrap. Donuts would have been great pick up. We will never stay at a best western location if they are like this. The mgmt needs to be more than an owner if these are franchises. They need to take care of the property and not just the money intake. Trash all over under the stairs. If we weren't so tired I would have slept in my car.

like the lighting in the room, the TV screen was quite small. The pool was hidden and unattractive.

There are no elevators. You have to hand carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

We were pleased by how friendly the lady at the front desk was (sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was working the evening of 2/15). Our room on the second floor was spacious and spotlessly clean - we appreciated the crisp, clean linens on the bed. There is some noise from the 101 freeway, but it wasn’t terrible. In the morning we met Shelley in the breakfast room; she was so friendly and helpful and we appreciated her warmth and hospitality! Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Best Western property and will come again if (hopefully it doesn’t happen again!) we need a good place to stay!
