Bad customer service

The location was great. Within walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and the Saturday morning Farmer's Market . Parking was free and easy. Surprisingly quiet at night. There is not a lot of road noise. The bathroom was super tiny but was serviceable. The walls were very thin. We wanted to sleep in, but we were woken up constantly by doors opening and closing as our neighbors were leaving and cleaning staff moving up and down the halls.

This hotel is well-equipped, homey, quiet, tasteful and secure ! As a lone female traveler, it was ideal, very reasonable, highly recommended ! An elevator would be convenient at my age, but of course, I was aware of the fact that an elevator is not available at the property - not a criticism, just 'a wish' :-) I would certainly book at this hotel again !

Staff was so kind and hard working. The water took at least ten minutes to heat up in the morning and the ac was broken. Not great! Nice location for bars and food!

The location The size of the rooms. Literally the smallest hotel room I ever seen or stayed in.

Cute and quaint location. Was perfect for our first night as we head up the coast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Property is beautiful and is located in a great area near many restaurants. Checking in with staff, is easy and they are friendly. The room was clean, but the amenities are outdated / not working. The beds need upgrading. Very uncomfortable. They do not have a night management on site, but you can call in and they will help, I just did not want to call someone and mid night for a room switch, fix the AC, new pillow and figure out what the noise was on the refrigerator.

Parking is always an issue coming back late.

The room amd property are well kept amd maintained very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The room was a little small but not a problem.

Rooms were small and tight reminded me of a motel 6.. pictures posted were deceiving

The hotel staff was great! It was fun to stay in an iconic hotel I grew up near. The hotel room was clean but the floor was dusty. Towels were clean and fresh. The mattress is much more firm than we've slept on which wasn't comfortable to us but thats a preference thing. The shower head is fixed into position and sprayed the back left corner of the shower so you have to lean up against the shower wall to rinse off fully. We love the larger sized refrigerator with mini freezer. Thank you!
