Great location and wonderful staff, but this property is in need of an update. Furnishings and decor is looking tired and worn.

Patience was very helpful under less than optimal circumstances. The computers were not running efficiently at the desk and wait times were extremely long. Only one computer was working. Not all of our rooms were ready by check in time.

Worst hotel I have every stayed. I don’t mean I was looking for a 4 seasons, I knew what to expect and to pay for. Hotel did not even had WiFi working. Terrible service

The hotel was perfect for our visit to attend a family birthday celebration.

The free breakfast was weak, although the breakfast attendant was excellent. Terrible sausage - only protein offered. No English muffins and only everything bagels. Yuk. Finally, I stayed three nights and no one from housekeeping entered my room. Seriously, I never saw a housekeeping cart. Never cleaned. Need to do better if you want returning guests.

It was amazing very convenient to the outlets all different types of restaurants to eat at and beautiful city to take your family to visit and shop.

WORST EXPERIENCE! When I entered our room I noticed the a/c was on and the room was chilly. So I turned it off. 30mins later, it wasn’t turning off. I asked front desk for help and the front desk girl tried to also turned it off and couldn’t. She said she would “contact” her manager. 10mins later. She calls my room stating her managers are off and she can’t call them. I’m like there’s no emergency number to call?? I am freezing is in there with my 1yo baby. Yes I was frustrated it was around 8pm. She noticed the frustration in my voice but had no compassion! Saying we can offer you points and snacks. Haha told her that’s ridiculous! She got offended and hung up on me! So unprofessional and had no compassion whatsoever! I will NEVER stay here again!! I never been treated like this at any hotel except here in Camarillo! I left!

Exceptional

We had a great stay although the elevators weren’t working.

Location Upon our arrival we learned that the elevators were broken. We requested a ground floor as my husband was having trouble walking. All ground floor rooms were booked. Each time entering and leaving we were forced to use the stairs and climb 3 levels. It was a lot of discomfort for him. Also the coffee station had nothing but cold coffee and no microwave to warm it up.

We booked an ADA room that was supposed to be ready by 3pm Friday. When we arrived at 3:15 we were told it was not ready and would be approximately 50 minutes more to be cleaned. We were offered and took a 3rd floor room, but the elevators were broken and repair was not expected to be worked on until Monday. Terrible experience.
