The elevator was broken. I had to carry my golf clubs and luggage up the stairs. There was sewer gas smell in the bathroom

No elevator

The elevators did not work the 5 days we were there. The sink in our room was clogged and drained super slow that we had to use the one in the kitchenette the whole time we were there. We told the girl at the desk on the first day we arrived and she said someone would check it out. Never happened. The coffee in the pots near the buffet room was either empty or cold on a couple of evenings. This was the third time we stayed here but unfortunately it will be our last!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend during a work trip and there were some downfalls for it being a very nice hotel. First thing was the elevator was broken so lugging up and down heavy luggage two flights of stairs was not very fun especially if you’re going back and forth a lot. Second, the door to our room hit the floor halfway open so you had to push it pretty hard to open and close fully. Third, the water pressure in our room absolutely terrible. I’ve never had worse water pressure in my life I’m not even sure I’m clean as I write this right now. That being said, the breakfast offered was pretty decent and I did enjoy it for being free. The pool was pretty and clean and the room other than previously mentioned was super clean and comfortable with great pillows and a super nice comfy although high bed. I had to jump into it as I’m pretty short. Very spacious as well. I had read other reviews from previous stays that mentioned the broken elevator situation so I think it may be a reoccurring issue and would have liked to know that before I booked my stay. The location is good and close to the outlets and places to eat, but due to those few factors I might not be inclined to stay there again. Good rooms and decent breakfast, but please fix your water pressure and your elevator. Also I did try to contact the hotel to ask when it might be resolved and had no response, but it was manageable so we didn’t let it bother us too much.

This is a budget friendly hotel. It is a little tired and in need of some TLC.

Clean room and good breakfast verity

It was nice and clean. The grounds and pool area were pristine. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. All was good. No complaints.

Most of it was very good but we did asked to get room clean which was not done until we got back and had to ash them again,

Location was convenient The hallways were dirty. Never saw them being vacuumed.

Clean, comfortable bed and nice staff

Our room was very clean. And the most comfortable bed ever. I do have a suggestion though. As clean and comfy as it was there needs to be updating to the rooms.

WiFi was terrible everything else was Great.

Breakfast was not good. The eggs, omelettes, potatoes, or bacon were all very low quality.
