Great spot to stop for the night, or a week. Clean, well maintained and convent to shopping, dinning, and Chop Tank activities. Will stay again.

Now how is the front entrance to the hotel beautiful u til you get inside the room two big ass holes in the wall bathroom hasn't been cleaned fridge was filthy like come on yall can do better property needs a major UPGRADE

The place smelled! The bed sheets were thin and had holes in them! The soda machine was out of order. Why?

Bathroom had molding crumbling walls. Towels were miniscule. No hand towels. First room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Moved to a better smelling room. No breakfast. No coffee. Would not stay there again. Manager sleeping on couch in lobby. Bad. Wrote it in the like section. Would not stay there again.

So let’s start with u get what you pay for I guess. I have stayed a few times thinking different stuff, different room different outcome. Only way I would stay again if they reach out in give me a room couple different reasons. I don’t understand why but even with there WiFi my own personal hotspot in WiFi my phone acts dumb when I say that like I don’t get calls or texts while I’m there. I have to shut my phone off to charge just dumbness but works fine. There bathroom there mold 2 out 3 times I have stayed. Creepy employee asked me if I was a street worker. Smh.. shower head pressure was so weak. Bed very hard but bed bug free a plus.. tv smh there about 100 in some channels but maybe 20 work. Very plus side is that pizza joint at end there wings are so good. I haven’t stayed in building were office is but idk. I’m guessing they hired not company to clean but I will say they are wonderful wonderful people.

Booked hotel thru expedia, The hotel was a TOTAL DUMP, DIRTY, BUGS, ROACHES, EVERYWHERE!!!!!!, Checked-in OFFICE WAS DIRTY, GO UP A FLIGHT OF STEPS< NO ELEAVATOR, OPENED DOOR BUGS ON FLOOR, SO DISCUSTING!!!! TURNED AROUND WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE, DEMANED MY MONEY BACK!!!! THE CLERK TOOK MY CARD AND SAID THE REFUND WOULD BE RETURED TO MY ACCOUNT, WHAT A LIAR,NOTHING WAS RETURED TO MY ACCOUNT. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! I WOULD EXPEDIA TO CHECK INTO THIS ISSUE, AND RETURN MY MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT!!!!! HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS CLEAN AND CONVENIENT!!!!

The gentleman that works evening shift has the best customer service. He is professional, friendly, Accommodating.. Honestly, he is one of the reasons I continue to stay at that motel
