Room needs upgrading. Breakfast was empty.

Wasn’t clean. Horrible smell the moment you walked in lobby and in room. Only stayed there because everything else in Cambridge was sold out for Ironman Maryland and we had to be there for race.

We had to wait to check in. The smoke detector in the room was taped up with black plastic. The breakfast buffet had waffles but no plates, knives or forks. There was cereal but no milk or spoons. There was coffee but no cups. The staff member there said they "were out of everything".

Good enough to sleep in for the night. Checkout experience was not easy. They put a bucket out to collect keycards and a number to call which didn't pick up. Why have the number? Terrible system

Just need a lot of maintenance ! Old structure ! Not tables for a decent breakfast! In the morning no front desk staff 😖

Nothing at all the place need to to closed down asap Everything no front desk person the whole day dirty sheets the whole room just nasty the whole place just nasty we ad to go buy sheets wash clothes and towels it was vomit on the carpet and flies I didn’t sleek all night the water smells bad as well we used bottle of water to rinse and wash up I went to Walmart and spend 120 on supplies sheets and more even a blow up bed cause I could reach the front desk person all night till I was checking out and I had to call a number just bad there never again and the room phone didn’t work at all

Don't stay here. It's a run down hotel. They don't do maintenance. Rooms have a musty smell. The pool is nasty. Doesn't look like anyone cleaned in years. Breakfast hours are short. There was no staff.

The place was filthy dirty disgusting, people live in that disgusting place. I wrote a letter to the manager on duty, i received three texts stating someone would get back to me shortly. AND NOTHNG. i wrote a letter to corporate i am awaiting a call back or an email back. The letter is below. August 31, 2026 To: Days Inn and Suites Corporate Office, (Booked through a third party) Okay, i just don't even know where to start but understand myself and my husband came here for a special engagement and booked online. Upon arriving at the front desk to check there was a woman in the front lobby with her shoes off and feet up on the furniture on her cell phone. When my husband got the key, we went to the car to load up our belongings on a cart, when we asked the front desk guy where the elevator was (THERE IS NO ELEVATOR). We had to log all our belongings upstairs to the second floor. The second floor where we slept had the worst odor ever. When we entered our room, the room also had a bad odor, as a matter of fact the entire hotel had a bad odor. My husband and I immediately went to Walmart to buy some air freshener and came back to our room to do this. Our room is the most disgrace disgusting look a hotel looks like. We are furious with the way this place looks. We need a head manager to call us. Mind you I sent a message to the portal for a manager to call me; it stated 3 times someone will get back to me soon. AND I RECEIVED NO CALL AT ALL. I need someone from the corporate office to call me right away on 301-455-6831. Thanks kindly My husband and I had to go to Walmart and spend money on Lysol, and beddings. We also have two children that were with us. IT WAS SOOOOO DISGUSTING AND UPSETTING. Very poor selection The pool was not available. It was green.

Nothing Dirty, filthy, poorly maintained

The room was clean but water smells terribly like rust. Outdoors there is trash all over the grounds. The pool has obviously not been used in quite some time. Apparently no effort to ever use the pool again. Laundry facility has one washer and one dryer. Washing machine has obviously been out of order for quite sometime. No apparent effort to fix that either. Broken windows and missing screens all around the building. Would be interested to know the last time the owners invested any money into the hotel.

The maids (only one of which spoke to me) were decent and very nice tried there best to be pleasant in such harsh environments. The staff. The water. The foot long strings of hair i had to pull out to get water to drain. The expired coffee. The no breakfast. No milk no good cereal all stale. Only like half a load of bread set out every day. Im sure it was from the day before. The son in the front office....who's name said "son" on the sign im sorry but how unprofessional. I want ny money back.

The first room I was assigned to the tub was nasty and the water smells like eggs. Won’t be staying there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Lowest price in town. Relatively large floor space to do exercise Sheets and bed cover were stained. Freezer was a huge block of ice due to failed fridge gasket. Many unpacked mini fridges in hallway suggest they know it’s time to upgrade. Coffee was bad, breakfast just cheap carbs. No hot water in sink. Black gunk came out of shower faucet where water did turn hot eventually. Pretty gross. The One chair was not comfortable. Neighbors yelling much of evening

I would of gave this hotel a 5 star if the pool was working properly and not full of garbage and dark green. The reason I chose this hotel was for the pool for my 3 yr old daughter! Needless to say she was upset because I wouldn’t let my worst enemy swim in that pool!

Unsanitary food conditions, visible debris in water of bathtub and shower, sink water smelled foul and septic, pool was green and smelled from parking lot, no fitness center, no iron or coffee maker in room, spa bathtub was visibly dirty, flys
