these guys get a bad rep. me and my gf stayed from jul 2nd 2026-jul 6 2026 and had no issues. everything felt roomy and cozy. i will be staying here again

Don't stay at this hotel , if you need proof look at the reviews and you will see that the issues from previous guests have not been addressed or the staff doesn't care to fix them. From the cigarette smell throughout the property to the filthy bathrooms the hotel has no cleaning staff only has 1 person that washes towels and sheets. The pool has been closed for months by the Health department , so please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place needs to be condemned and have a gas station take it's place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Disgusting, run down, has roaches , dirt in showers, entire place smelled like marijuana. We didn’t stay here had to find a new hotel at 11 at night . Place is unsafe lots of people hanging out in the lot up to no good. Pubic hairs in tub, gigantic brown stain ontop of top blanket on bed . The worst place I ever saw. The pool was filthy and closed by the board of health. Wasn’t usable.

The overall atmosphere of the property also made me uncomfortable. There were people around the hotel who seemed sketchy, and I did not feel safe or at ease during my stay. Cleanliness and safety are two of the most important things I look for in a hotel, and unfortunately, this location fell short on both. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would recommend looking for another hotel if you're visiting the Cambridge area.

This location has really gone downhill! We stayed there in October 2025, and it was good, especially for the price, but now, I will not stay there again! First of all at check-in, we were told that the Apple Pay machine was not working and would not be working and that was how I had planned on paying for the room initially. And, the staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience this caused. When we got into the room the TV was not working, however, we got a new remote and it was then OK. Except for one time every time we went to the front desk, there was nobody there, just a phone number to call with any questions that you have. The one time that somebody was at the desk we asked about taking out trash and we were told we needed to take it to the dumpster behind the building. The area for breakfast was dirty and hardly had any food in it. In addition, although it looked clean, there was a funky smell in the building and in the room, it coughed all night long.

When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk, the lobby reeked of marijuana smoke and there was a sign indicating a phone number to call. We returned several hours later and there was a gentleman there who was friendly. I was surprised that there is no elevator in the property as it is a hotel not a motel. There was a large dead cockroach on the windowsill in the room which made us very concerned about the overall cleanliness of the room. The bathroom door did not close properly and had to be noisily slammed to close.

Staff was quite rude and unhelpful, the room itself was clean and location is quite convenient

Horrible in every way possible

Room was not very clean and the TV didn't work. I was concerned about parking the truck in the parking lot as there were many people outside in the parking lot when I arrived late at night.

Our room and bathroom were perfectly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was closed and the breakfast was wanting. Staff was responsive.

I don’t recommend

The rooms were OK, there was a film on the bath tub with foot prints. The furniture was run down, and not much upkeep anywhere else in the room. Things seemed relatively clean. The hallways smelled like smoke.

I booked a room for my friend and they decided to sleep in their car because there was debris on the bed linen, a random big flying around and the plumbing wasn’t working properly. I was so embarrassed for having her stay there. I wish I could get my money back!

No staff there to check in at 10:30pm (for 30 mins). No soap at all, dirty bathroom.

Old, minimally keep up. Nothing to write home about.

Beds were very comfortable and was glad they had laundry services. There was no breakfast to speak of just a waffle. And the hotel is run down and they do not keep it up

Beds were very comfortable and room was big and clean. Only breakfast waffles and 1 piece of bed. Staff was almost impossible to find to check in or ask for something. Room needed maintenance

I never thought a Wyndham branded property could be this filthy. Shame on them for not verifying the basic cleanliness of a hotel they allow to use their name.

Nothing at all. Our sheets were stained. The bedroom linen was cheesy.They served stale juice in their breakfast room which didn't really have anything. The cereal canister were not full at all. They offered very little .
