didn't even bring my luggage in yet .So looked and smelled and reminded me of Motel 6 but its Wyndham a member since 2001 over 25 years

Overall, the experience fell short of what I would expect from a hotel, particularly regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Pool not working nothing was said about it and the water from the shower had a weird smell from it

Nice staff...but propery was old and not kept up.

This time, August 2026, the staff was still friendly but the overall state of the hotel seems to have fallen off a little bit. Of the two rooms we had, one smelled bad. After switching to another room, that room still smelled a little funky but was marginally better and that was the last room available. We switched internally so our parents and kids could have the better room and we took the "bad" one. In addition to the faint, off smell, the carpet in the AC area of the room was damp from being on too long/too high. I get that can happen, so it wasn't a huge deal. The toilet flush lever, however, was also kind of screwed up so we found the easiest way to get an actual flush was to take the toilet bowl lid off and lift the chain. Not a huge deal but an annoyance. The pool was closed too, which was a real bummer on a hot August day. In general, it just felt like the hotel has taken a step down since we were last here.

Provide coffeemakers in the room or keep coffee in an unlocked area. The breakfast room is only open from 6-9am; people want coffee, even decaf, outside those hours.
-
It dirty, smelly, the bathroom and toilet were filthy. The staff were not there at all in the morning. You had to call a phone number to get anyone. The pool was green and the concrete around the pool had long weeds growing out of it. They charged me over $120 for the night. The breakfast area was lacking everything. If this is the caliber of Expedia hotels, I will not use you again. It was totally disgusting

Was disappointed with the overall experience.
-
The lobby was dirty. There was no manager on site. They said they had Jacuzzis available but when we got there, the manager lied and said no one was available. Totally unacceptable. Pool was filthy.
-
No loud sounds after quiet time, easy parking, floors were clean, air conditioning worked, bed was great.
-
Room was not properly clean walls was dirty shower curtain. The breakfast area unsanitary was not restocked there was no attendant to do check-ins
-
The sheets had blood stains and look like coffee stains sheets look like they hadnt been was. I went straight back up to the front desk and told them I want my money back and requested a receipt showing no charge. He was hesitated .I took pictures of the soiled linen. Room stunk also

The place wasn't as clean as it could have been.
-
Dirty as can be.
-
Worker wouldn’t honor my reservation because I used Expedia.
-
The property needs some improvements. The bed was very comfortable.
-
The room & eating area was not clean. I rarely saw any support staff in hallway or at front desk. The eating area was not only lacking food, but no one was replenishing any food or milk. There weren't any napkins, so I had to get some from my truck.
-
No elevator. Building smells of cigarette and/or pot smoke. Sheets on bed stained. The water smells like methane! Toilet wobbly. Sticky substance on the rug next to the bed. No room service for a five day stay. At least the a/c worked well.
-
The room feels humid and wet, and also the hair dryers are broken in some room. The price and beds are comfortable though.

It Needs A Lot of TLC to bring it back to its Glory Days. Outside the building looks Run Down, Dirty, Dirty Windows, Blinds. Lobby was ok, Front Desk Staff Nice, Didn’t Smell Bad, Our Room, Ok, Need More Staff to Clean The Hotel, Mirror in Room, Broken, Microwave Very Dirty, Not Clean, The Carpet had areas where there was still food and Trash, The room phone was beyond Dirty, Never been cleaned. Very Out dated. Room needed to be dusted. Breakfast was A Joke, Need To Clean or Replace Dirty looking cereal dispenser, and the rest of the stuff. The Best Part was the Comfortable Bed, Thank God for That!! Used my own bed linen, Their blankets had holes and wore out, trash cans Very Dirty, but replaced with clean bags, Some of Bath Towels had Stains, Need New Towels. We brought our own bath towels and bath clothes. When Taking A Shower The Water Smelled Bad. Will Never Stay Here Again. You Get What You Pay For. If You Just Need A Place To Sleep Only, This would Be The Place, Like I Said The Bed Was Amazing, Very Comfortable, and Front Desk, If Anyone is there, They were Nice and Friendly.
