The bed was so hard that I slept on the floor the first night. The staff let me switch rooms and that bed wasn't any softer than the first bed. Both rooms were on the third floor and the thermostats in the rooms were set to 73 degrees, however, it felt like 80 degrees (in the middle of a Texas summer). When I turned the a/c down to 70 to cool the room down, during the day, then set it at 72 degrees, during the day, the room was comfortable. I was unable to access the pool during the day, however, the staff could access it. There were no coffee makers in the rooms, but there was a Keurig in the lobby that you couldn't use after 10:00 PM. I moved to a motel down the road that had a memory foam mattress (I was at least able to sleep).

Body wash and shampoo’s dispensers in shower were empty. I had to get out of tub and get a bar soap. Very inconvenient. Breakfast didn’t have any gluten free options. I skipped eating

I personally never have stayed here but put family up there a they say it is good.

Room was clean, parking was a little tricky with pulling a trailer. Stage was friendly. They had a hot breakfast. I would suggest more fresh fruit options for those who don’t eat a lot of carbs or have stomach issues.

Great staff the pool was up and running fully functional. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were comfortable it’s just a place to lay your head down.

Everytime the air conditioner goes on all you smell the really dirty carpet.

First room was unclean; second room looked like a knife was taken to the curtains and had black mold. The third room was fine; however, the front desk checked me out early and proceeded to tell me I had not stayed there, furthermore, I got a call to tell me I needed to leave my room, so I can get my room cleaned. I have never had to switch rooms before, furthermore, I have never felt as though I had to leave a review before, however, here we are, and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
