The clerk said the property had been recently purchased and will be renovated. It has potential to be good, but is currently sub-par. Our room seemed superficially clean, but the carpet felt sticky to walk on barefoot. Flies came in through the door and were elusive to dispose of. The wi-fi was spotty. There were no written instructions about how to use the too-small TV or coffeemaker. The glass plate in the microwave did not turn while heating. The furniture was worn and the room oddly-arranged, with very little space between the wall and the left side of the bed. There was only one small window. We did not see many staff on the premises. The check-in clerk did not tell us the Wi-fi password until we came back and asked about it. Then, she told us to take a picture of the sign rather than giving us anything in print. She did not offer us a paper receipt either. Our room was near the stairwell, and our upstairs neighbors were noisy. The advertised free breakfast turned out to be coffee only. We ended up leaving at 6 PM on our second day and heading home early--even though we'd paid in advance-- because the room was so humid that everything felt damp--AC notwithstanding. The bed was comfortable enough, but this was bare bones accommodation, and I thought it was overpriced under the circumstances.

No. Booked online. It gave me a motel 50 miles from me. I called instantly to rectify this situation since they already took my money and all. They denied it and kept my 70 dollars. I dont get how thats legal. Im a hard working man with 6 kids. Been in the truck for 4 days and had enough time to shower and a short nap. Instead they deprived me off all that and my money. How is this even a possibility?

Our room had a broken air conditioner and no towels. The front desk was not manned, only a phone number to call. Will not stay here again.

It was an OK place to stay.

The heater made a shrieking noise all night, and had the hardest time getting some rest.

The room looked to be recently remodeled, the only negative we had with the room was a extremely bad smell like cat urine. It was so bad our clothes stank from the smell.

The man who checked us in was very nice and responded quickly when we needed to switch rooms due to a leaking toilet. However, our new room had a leaking toilet and a broken faucet. The property is very overgrown and currently overpriced due to its unkempt exterior and unfinished, faulty interior.

Nobody was there. I had to book another motel. My phone calls were never answered, nobody at the desk. I couldn't check in. It was booked online nobody would answer the phone so I couldn't even get a refund.

Could not check in. Paid. No one answered the phone. We were stuck in a small town without a room! The lack of responsibility by the management. Refused to answer the phone or reimburse money from a room we did not get to stay in.

That we made reservations for 55 a night, but they didn't have rooms available. E enough though I had a conformation. Told us to go dow to the best western to find the manager. She was not therere. The girl that was working said we could stay. Just just found out she had 2 cancel. But her rates were More. The young lady at counter helping us

Not applicable No staff on site from check in until check out. I saw several people try to check in that waited 15-20 minutes for a manager but finally left when no assistance arrived. When I tried to check out it took at least an hour to get assistance. My door key did not work, and no one would answer the phone number for assistance. When someone did finally show up to let me remove all my belongings, I was told that the manager was out of town. Poorest staff availability I have ever received.

The room was not clean. No refrigerator. No soap or shampoo. No one would answer the desk, Saturday evening. They did replace the refrigerator and clean the room after I complained.. They did not replace the soap and shampoo.
