Nice location and nice room

Everything was excellent

Alright for the price.

Booked a room, description said kitchenette. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Nothing to cook on no dishes supplied, nothing. We stayed one night and had booked an additional night before checkout that had to cancel that reservation due to a family emergency that had come up. I have been working with the third-party to get a refund back. Manager refuses to return a phone call or an email. We Followed the policy in regards to the cancellation and they are still avoiding providing the refund or even responding to the inquiries The only thing this place had going for it was the beautiful park across the street

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Other than the room itself, almost everything was bad. When we arrived, staff told us he couldn't give us a workable key card because the machine wasn't working. He had to let us into our room with a master key. No offer to compensate. Finally got a key around 8 pm. Ice machine out of order. Sink in lobby bathroom out of order. Out of coffee in the morning and no one around to make more. A few stale items on the breakfast bar. Another guest tried to find items to make more coffee, but cabinet drawers were empty. Had to hunt down the staff who never checked on anything. Priced too high for the aggravation.

Much better than Quality Inn in Junction, TX. They had meat for breakfast.

They had free breakfast, the rooms were clean, and we all slept very well.

The bathroom sink was cracked. Rooms were big, with a full size fridge and partial kitchen. Breakfast had a waffle iron, but not waffle batter.

Given the few motels in Canadian the location was great, across the street from a lovely park. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was not good, too few choices, I wound up eating in my room with food brought from home. There was no coffee maker in the room. The bed hurt my back and was lumpy.

There was no channel list for the TV service. Couldn't get it to come up on the remote under "Guide" which is how you normally get there. Also no list of restaurants etc like usually found in motels

The TV didn't work well; most of the channels were frozen. The fridge and heater made weird noises, and there was a bit of mold in the shower. Most of the tile was broken or loose.

On a positive note, the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Clean room and wonderful amenities for the price. The gentleman at the front desk was attentive. Would recommend!

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and breakfast was provided. I would stay there again
