The room was big and clean. Like the nice quiet area. Stay here each time we visit Pittsburgh.

I be would recommend this hotel

The hotel was clean and neat. The only bad thing about it was that there was no complimentary coffee and tee 24 hours. It’s only during the breakfast hours. Getting ice from ice vending machines was challenging as well because not so many of them were in service. So getting cold water was challenging as well.

All of the staff was very helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Don’t forget to stop and see Cass for breakfast. He made THEE BEST grits I’ve had in a long time!

While it was just average, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet and clean. I will not stay there again however.

Highly recommended!

Good stay, staff was nice. No issues.

Thanks again, Michelle! Always a pleasure seeing you and thanks for your excellent service.

The breakfast was my biggest disappointment. Paying around $35 for two people to eat from a buffet with only a handful of hot items just didn’t feel worth the price. If we stay here again, we’ll probably skip the hotel breakfast and head to Waffle House instead. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, facilities were well maintained. We were staying in a double room with our two daughters, we only started with three sets of towels and washcloths, and we’re quickly given more when we asked. We took a leisurely pace in the morning, and I appreciate it that we did not feel pressured to leave as we approach checkout. Breakfast not being included was a mild irritation, but I think it was fairly reflected in the fact that the price for the room was lower than I would’ve otherwise anticipated.

Breakfast was wonderful. Cathy and the gentleman at breakfast (I didn’t get his name) were both amazing! I highly recommend!

I did not have breakfast. Great location. real 1/2 and 1/2. not the non dairy creamer, which sucks. smaller pillows. better water pressure in shower.
