Everyone was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the location was in a quiet spot. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk evening check-in receptionist - I think her name was Kathy - was just so pleasant and nice. You have definitely hired the right type of person for this role - she is a great representation of your hotel!

For a Hilton you excpet the best. My husband and I stay at a Hilton every time we go to PA. We have stayed a Hilton Gardens in downtown Pittsburgh which is updated and cleaner. This one in particular the room we stayed in had an old old phone very yellowish, the sofa had some bad staining, some of the drawers had some food or something stuck on them. The counters could of been cleaned better. The shower was dirty. The windows need updating to where they do not open and do not have black mold. The sound proofing needs to be updated too. The elevators need to be fixed the doors opened slowly created and the elevator shook as it stopped. Though we loved the area and love Hilton Hotels this one needs someone to come train staff, cleaning staff and maintenance along with do all the repairs.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Quiet area and felt very safe. A $17 hotel breakfast buffet is unrealistic for what was offered. There was also nothing else close to this hotel without driving 10-15 minutes for another option. There was some grab and go options where I was charged $4 for a single Nutri-Grain bar. No bottle filler on the propertiy and 2/4 ice machines were out of order.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Great property, quiet, nice rooms. Would stay again if in the Pittsburgh area

MJ welcomed us with open arms.

This is a well-maintained property with excellent and helpful staff. The room was clean and well appointed. I will stay here again.

The room was pretty clean, except for there was some hair left in the shower. The staff was very friendly. The property was nice. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a complementary breakfast. They did have a buffet breakfast, which was the typical complementary breakfast that you get at most hotels, except it cost $17 per person, so we did not eat breakfast there.
