While the room was well laid out and nicely appointed, it was not clean. Especially the bathroom. The counter top had toothpaste and other residue in many places. The shower was not well cleaned. The toilet was marginally cleaned.

Everything was amazing. I would most definitely stay here again. Breakfast style buffet was delicious. Room was very nice and cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful and the price you pay was definitely within my budget

Air conditioner extremely noisy - made it very hard to sleep.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was spacious and well maintained. Only thing that could have made it better is if breakfast was included.

Excellent Hotel

No hot water in our room so we had to take cold showers all weekend. Room had an interesting smell to it and the lighting situation was not ideal. Also the pool was closed for maintenance.

Great staff and rooms were very clean

This hotel staff is incredibly helpful. The restaurant is delicious, and the parking is convenient. The pool was out of service, but overall, we had a great stay. The staff communicated well and met all our needs.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, pillows were a little on the soft side for us. Overall it was an excellent stay, we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area for anything and would recommend it to others. I wish breakfast had been included. The elevators seemed like they could use a little maintenance.

The hotel itself acknowledged the room wasn’t in the state it should have been and directed us to Expedia for a refund, since that’s where we booked. What followed was hours of back-and-forth with Expedia’s chat support, which repeatedly gave us contradictory information — first saying the hotel needed to approve the refund, then claiming the hotel’s manager had denied it over the phone, which directly conflicted with what the hotel had told us themselves. It took significant persistence to get anywhere, and the process felt designed to make us give up rather than actually resolve the issue. If you book this hotel through a third party like Expedia, be aware that even a straightforward, hotel-acknowledged issue can turn into a drawn-out fight for a refund. I’d recommend inspecting your room carefully before settling in, and leaving off the bat.

Been going there for years and they always make me feel welcome

Our stay was very pleasant. Lindsay at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Only downside was $17 charge for breakfast buffet. I can get the same quality food at other hotels for free. If you're going to charge for breakfast, make it memorable.
