Very clean and friendly staff

Had a 5 day stay and no cleaning of the room, they did compensate for the misstep.

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Good beds. Nice pool and hot tub.

Room was nicely outfitted with clean spacious bathroom. Great shower and amenities. Pool is of a good size and area is well-maintained with friendly, helpful staff I saw each morning. Two complaints, though not terribly serious: 1) bedding isn't the best quality and feels it. Nice bed, but upgraded linens would help a lot. 2) Housekeeping for our room: Hotel info states that housekeeping comes every other day. (we were there for four nights) I double-checked mid-morning after our second night and was told they would come if they could. A housekeeper did show up...I asked if they could give us 15 minutes...a reluctant "yes" was the answer. When we returned to our room about four hours later, the room was untouched. Shortly thereafter, a housekeeper came into the room without knocking, but left, without speaking, when he saw my grandson sleeping. When we walked out an hour or so after that, the same housekeeper happened to be in the hallway and asked me if I wanted our room cleaned. I asked him if he had time, and he replied "No." (This became a standing joke between me and my teen grandson for the remainder of our stay, so there's that.) We just decided to forego housekeeping for the remainder of our stay. Overall, nice place and we would stay again! And price is right!

Clean large room with kitchenette. The kitchenette had a range, plates, and silverware. I wish we were staying more than one day. The breakfast was good. The courtyard was pleasant to sit outside in the evening. There are several restaurants conveniently nearby.

I planned a weekend trip here to be near family. The hotel itself is nice enough but the room booked was not great for 4 people, I wish the bathroom had a door for the whole bathroom not just the shower and toilet. The curtain could be a little darker. Make sure not to get a room facing the pergola setup this hotel has, it may look.nice in photos but it is not secured. We had an issue where some drunk people were yelling until 3. They need to have that area gated, anyone can walk into it. We also got charged for our stay from the hotel despite already paying through Expedia. I tried calling them to fix that and I was only able to leave a voicemail for the manager. I definitely would not stay here again.

Great service suites were large and very clean we loved that the kitchen had a stovetop and a full fridge and dishwasher along with huge microwave and coffee maker and sink. Dishes and pots and pans provided as well as dishwasher soap.

The entire facility. Room was great. The breakfast was the best we have had. We were in room 223…did not like facing a building. Next time, we would like a view.

Already looking to book this hotel in another city. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was so sweet and helpful.

As always, Homewood never disappoints us when we stay there. From the moment we walk in, and it smells amazing, to our entire stay, we always enjoy staying at a Homewood. Everyone is friendly and the entire building is clean

I booked two rooms, both with two queen beds. When we arrived to check in at 2:50 PM, I was told that one room was available and the second would be ready shortly after 3:00 PM. When I got to my room, I discovered it had one king bed and a pull-out sofa instead of the two queen beds I had reserved. Since it was only my husband and me staying in that room, I chose not to make an issue of it, although this change was never mentioned at check-in. At 3:10 PM, I called to check on the status of the second room and was told it was still unavailable. Shortly afterward, I received a call asking if I would be willing to stay at the Holiday Inn next door because the hotel had been overbooked. I explained that I would only consider that option if both of my rooms could be moved, since we were already checked into one room. I was then told that because we had already checked into one room, we would need to remain at Homewood Suites. Later, I received another call asking if we would accept a king bed with a pull-out sofa for the second room. I explained that the room was for a father and daughter, which is why I specifically booked two queen beds. The staff member said they understood. By this point, it was already after 5:00 PM. I called the front desk again to ask whether the room was finally ready, and I was told that it was. However, when I went downstairs to get the key, I was informed that my virtual payment card was not working and that I needed to contact Booking.com. After spending approximately 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue, Booking.com contacted the front desk and informed me that everything had been worked out. When I returned to get the room keys, I was told that the problem had actually been caused by a mistake made by one of the hotel's employees when assigning my first room. The staff apologized, but I was then required to provide another card for a $50 incidental deposit.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We stayed in a suite, and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very cozy. The hotel was quiet, and we never heard noise from other guests, which made it incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was great, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice place and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean as well as the whole hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were nice. There is an outdoor fire pit area and basket ball court. I thought it was wonderful and hated to leave. Also, Sarris chocolate sold in the lobby, loved that too!

The location was beautiful. It wasn’t clean. The shower wasn’t clean, the bed had hair all in it. And there was a quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. When I requested more TP and sheets, they told me that they would leave it at the front desk. Mind you, I was traveling with young kids, so I had to round them all up to take a trip to the front desk. Staff weren’t friendly, but the people who stayed at the hotel were very nice.
