Breakfast ( omelet/potatoes/sausage) at 9 on a Sunday was cold. Coffee and bagel were hot. Front staff very attentive and helpful.

I also did not like no coffee maker in room, hate going to lobby in morning before I shower and dress The refrigerator shelves were extremely small and some missing

The bed and the room were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was disappointing. No real oatmeal, just little packets and no fruit or toppings. It used to be better. Also, the new coffee machines were slow and no containers of milk or cream.

It was extremely clean with a friendly staff. Room was nice. Good night stay and would recommend. Just nothing to get a fifth star.

Very nice receptionists, clean and comfortable room for the most part. There was no bar soap in the bathroom which was surprising but I would stay here again. Also, there were very minor stains on some of the towels but overall the property seems to be well maintained.

The hotel has a small shopping center with a couple sit down restaurants in walking distance, but generally felt a little isolated, and it was a good drive to downtown Pittsburgh. The location was the only negative for me but I knew that going in

This was great hotel and excellent experience. I was amazed with check-in experience. It was breeze through. I was able to get the key card within 30 to 45 seconds. Morning breakfast was great, room, bathroom - everything was amazing. Parking was ample and it was no extra charge for parking!
