This was great hotel and excellent experience. I was amazed with check-in experience. It was breeze through. I was able to get the key card within 30 to 45 seconds. Morning breakfast was great, room, bathroom - everything was amazing. Parking was ample and it was no extra charge for parking!

Excellent property all around for a good value.

I was charged $50 for a deposit just in case I ordered anything to my room. Mind you this was not in any of the agreements or final price. I was never refunded my $50 and I didn’t order anything. I can’t even find a transaction for it. Kinda sketchy if you ask me. I won’t be staying there again and will definitely be warning people of this scam

The hotel was cleaned and well maintained. The breakfast was good as well. The only thing that I didn’t like was no late check out or let us to use the swimming pools after we checked out. Otherwise it was a good experience.

In terms of room amenities, I was disappointed to find zero ability to make tea or coffee. You have to go to the lobby. This is not convenient for those of us with jetlag who wake up at odd hours! The cleanliness of the public spaces was good, but my hotel room (particularly the bathroom) was not cleaned well. I have short silver hair, and I found long black hair on the back of my toilet seat. As an experiment, I left it there. It remained in place for 3 days, in spite of daily room service. The mirror also wasn't cleaned, nor were the counters wiped. I ended up going to Walmart for disinfectant wipes and just doing it myself. The gym was ok in terms of equipment, but was quite warm and stuffy (not great for me as a distance runner trying to do a quick 8 miles each morning!).

For the cost of the room the condition was not acceptable. Bedding looked like it was rolled in a ball. The desk chair was stripped of its vinyl. In bathroom dirt build up in corners of floor. The tub/shower mold. I asked for some sort of compensation and the manager shrugged his shoulders. Will NOT be going back!

Bathrooms were not very accommodating. Bed was very hard! All in all a beautiful room.
