Super 8 by Wyndham Canonsburg/Pittsburgh Area

Mediocre. Good for a night but not a vacation. Hair dryer did not work, bathroom door stuck and was falling apart, and there weren’t open outlets for my electronics. But it was nice to have a fridge.

Booked king sized bed as my partner is over 6 ft and we are not small people, oroginally given keys to that room only for us to open the door and while people were already in the room in the shower! Then went and asked for new room and was told only 2 queens available "but we wont charge extra for the mistake" like what? (Mind you its 1AM). Then get to room and TV is stuck on South Park. "Breakfast" mentioned is yogurts in the fridge. Front desk lady was acting like we were inconveniencing her for not jumping on the downgrade of a room and just shrugged it off when i told her about everything else. Horrible. Would never go back here

I somewhat liked the cost of the room. However, it should have been cheaper. My room smelled like piss.

This was a very quiet location overall with a comfortable bathroom/shower. The tv was a little small, but there were no problems with the property or the staff.

Room was disgusting. Probably wasn’t clean for weeks. Just changed sheets. Flies and gnats throughout the room. Wiped carpet with a towel and white towel was brown. Never replaced towels. Garbage all around property.

The price of the room The floors were uneven throughout the building...is it falling down. The rooms were stuffy with no circulation and A/C did not work was miserable hot night. Toilet did not flush, had to flush three times. No plugs for modern cell phones or very accessible plugs. Alarm clock did not work, was malfunctioning. Small TV with two remotes. No instructions, no ability to stream to TV. Noisy - could hear people in hall and next door. Overall not a good visit, will not go back.

It's a budget hotel so it's a grab and go breakfast and there are limited amenities. The staff is accommodating though and the experience was good.

Deposit was required for the night however they put deposit through and took a few days to get deposit back. It should not have happened

This property is very old and musty. I had to keep spraying my room with air freshner. The floors are literally rotted underneath the carpets. But these days, that's what you get for the price range.

They did an excellent job very clean and a relaxed atmosphere

Bad experience tried to cancel

A budget hotel which was dated so if looking for something more, then this is not a good choice. Dining options were close if had a car as no dining options within walking distance. The room was comfortable but basic and fine for one night. Decent place for the money.

conveniently located to three different states and tourist spots

This place was wierd. Holes in the floor under the carpet from one end of the upstairs hallway to the other . Had this "someones grandparents lived and died here " vibe ... no more than 3 other guests the entire time I was there - on a weekend ...wasnt made to feel welcome or as if they valued my business at all . Clearly a mistake

Room was very nice with all amenities needed. Location was good. Area was peaceful and convenient. The room smelled musty every time I walked into it but not too bad once I adjusted to it.
