Excellent breakfast and great service

The pool is only 4 feet. Everything else was ok. I just don’t like that they hold your deposit for over 10 days. That makes me not want to come back.

The first room I was given the bed had a terrible odor and the TV didn't work. I went to the receptionist and she put me in another room. The sheets stunk in that room as well and the rooms themselves are extremely outdated.

The property was great and the breakfast was amazing with protein choices, The pool area was very clean and the hot tub was a perfect temperature! Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back here. It’s only 15 minutes to the airport so easy access. Plus places to eat in the area by driving or walking.

One night stay was the best overnight we’ve had in a long time. Even though there were girl softball teams staying, we slept soundly and had plenty to eat for breakfast despite all those starving girls! Great stay!

Front desk staff was really helpful. The room had a dirty towel and very dusty pool had chewing gum at the bottom. The hot tub was hot. There was a trash panda outside. Breakfast was OK. The equipment was very dusty. Some of it did not work.

Did not stay long enough to write a review. Our stay was good.

The pool and hot tub was clean

The room was clean and the breakfast was good! Even though we lost power one day, I was reimbursed with no problems and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel did not have ane electricity and had to find another stay elsewhere.. Looking for my refund as we speak.

The stay was going great until the power went out. It wasn't their fault, I will stay again another time.

We were put on the third floor. And around 630/700 pm there was a power outage due to high winds. I asked if there were lights in the stairwell. The front desk said no, and said you should have brought your phone. I said I didn't know there was going to be a powered outage. About 3 hours later, no power, no hot water or air. I went to the front desk and asked if they were going to do anything, meaning compensation wise. She said you can check out and I can refund your money, this is not our fault repeatedly. I did decline because we would have to go down three flights of stairs in the dark with our bags and we are from out of state. I did bring up the dark stairwell and basically all they said that the emergency lights went out and basically with the unspoken message not their fault. Nothing was done to accommodate guests to go up and down that dark stairwell. In the morning the desk clerk was more understanding and let us borrow a flashlight to carry our items downstairs. There was still no power. And yes a power outage is out of their control but for them to basically respond,, this is not our fault, if you want anything, check out. I feel for a major brand like the Holiday Inn that was a poor response. And they are lucky nobody got hurt walking down the stairs. I would not stay there again. It was a nice hotel until this happened. But the way this was handled, I would not stay there again

Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet in the morning. The hot tub was smaller than I had wanted but overall it was a good stay.
