Nastiest place I’ve ever been too

How spacious it was. The front desk lady was gone for 10 minutes, came back helped a customer then asked if I could wait another 5 minutes but I didn’t want to so she basically tossed papers at me in a way, very unprofessional. Once we made it into our room it was not clean, there was towels thrown on the rack not folded as if they did not get exchanged for clean ones. The floor did not get swept it & the sheets were stained. We could hear our neighbors very clear, they were loud playing music so we asked to move rooms, the response was “we can not do that, i’ll come up there in a hour & tell them to quite down (she never did). Overall don’t stay here just because it’s cheap. It’s dirty and bad customer service.

I booked a room, paid for said room. Upon arrival I was rudly greeted by the lady at the front desk, and was denied the room I booked and paid for. Due to a no pets allowed policy. Per the website it said pets were allowed. She then told me their site said no pets. I showed her where it said they were a dog friendly motel. She then argued I was not on the right site. How can it be on the travel lodge site for that specific location, and not be the right spot? I did not even have a pet, she is my sons 7 mo puppy. He met me at the motel before leaving town. I explained the puppy was not mine and would be leaving and wouldn't even be entering the room. I was still very rudly denied the room. They took my money and told me I had to wait up to 9 days for it to be returned to me. How is this fair? There is also a required deposit that is hidden from us until we arrive and hit with it.

Don’t fall for their photos, this place was the biggest dumpster fire I have ever seen. Sink handle broken, bathtub pure filth, clothing rack hanging off the wall, no toilet paper, no trash can in the room. Blanket on the bed was literally a worn out cheese cloth with cigarette burns in it. Reported to front desk when we were heading out to an event and they handed me 2 rolls of toilet paper😳. Big event in town and I reserved early based on property photos and there were no other rooms in town to move to. Wyndham Travelodge should bow out and remove their name from this dump. Burn this place down🔥

The staff was exceptional. Super friendly and welcoming . I travel the country for work and stay in a lot of hotel. This place will be remembered for its stafff , service and cleanliness. The early week social is nice to attend. Free snack and house wine and beer. Nice back patio in a quiet area. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay

We just needed a spot to rest our head for the night and exactly what we got. Door to room wouldn’t close at the bottom, for it be a non smoking hotel sure had its handful of burns on the mattress and sheets, mini fridge did not work even after turning up the cold ness. Assuming it’s just not busy enough to invest back into itself for a $100 side of the highway its what we get!

I actually believe I deserve a refund. When we arrived at said facility, it was in horrible condition, no one was there to assist us. The room had dirt on the floors. Everything was falling off the walls, bugs crawling all over the bathroom. I understand the inexpensive rate however, they really weren't livable conditions.

Room didn't appear to be cleaned recently. Cigarette burn in sheet, hair, generally dirty. Was also charged additional $50 that was supposed to be a hold for the room/remote control currently disputing.

TERRIBLE!! Disgusting!

The room we stayed in, you could tell no one has went in there and cleaned it after guest have stayed. The floors were sticky, there was dry food splatter up the wall, the shower is a whole different level of disgusting. The tub was filthy with dirt still in it, mold built up around the drain. The was piss around the bottom of the toilet. Also, the tv was broken, the walls had poor patch jobs. Finally, it was very hard to understand the front desk clerks when they were talking. While trying to check in, I had to ask the lady multiple times to speak up and repeat herself because her accent was rough and hard to understand especially through the thick plexy glass. Same with the gentleman when checking out the next morning.

Location and the fact that it was clean The staff was polite, but they weren’t very accommodating. There was prostitutes drug addicts staying there. I woke up one morning, which I forgot to take a picture of and there was police in the parking lot. I had to fix the toilet so it wasn’t running all night the Internet kept going out. The electricity went out twice. They also charged you a $50 fee that was not on their website or anything stating that they do that.
