Pleasant

The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable and with proper pillows. I had a very good rest. Staff was attentive and helpful as there was a slight issue with the frig and it was handled instantly. The only down side was the hall smelled strongly of bleach, which I am sensitive to and no coffee in the room. Really prefer coffee in room but the comfort of the bed made up for that.

It was quite and clean staff was nice no problem. I Got Rest.

Very dirty room was not clean. The floors were broken like the tiles in bathroom. Drains were clogged with hair. Had to pay extra $100 for my dogs deposit but the room was nasty to begin with!

Parking They asked for a $50 deposit for possible “damages”. Asked for “cash”. Which I refused to give cash. Got to the room and I documented, with pictures, the smoke alarm was sitting on the stand below the TV, no battery, and obviously disconnected. There were 2 light bulbs missing in the lamps. Not burned out, but missing. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed, bathroom wall looks like someone dragged a tote or something across it, and there was an old towel hanging on the bathroom door!!! The room across the hall had no door, and had caution tape over it!

Nothing worst place I've ever stayed First they put us in the wrong room , then it was very dirty , bathroom facet was broke , toilet seat was busted, bathroom light was broke, both pop machines didn't work what else do I need to say it was a dump.

The room was DIRTY, especially the bathroom! There was hair on the towels! The sink counter was disgusting with a film and hair dried to the top surface! It even looked like black mold in the corner of the bathroom! The shower was very slippery and the towel rack was falling off the wall. There was also dog hair all around the phone and night stand! The floor was sticky when you walled around

Sleep and comfortable. Only complaint is that the COVID shield at the front desk makes it difficult to hear the concierge, and there was a loose tile in the bathroom
