Compared to what I had initially reserved in Jackson,MS. This was 10x better and it was actually closer to where I needed to be. I will be using this hotel in the future. :)

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of items and the sausage gravy was amazing!

Every green area, and specifically the designated dog area, was dangerous to walk on. There were huge ruts and divots all over the place but you couldn’t see them because of the grass.

I had to call the front desk repeatedly due to the noise from the next room. 10:30 at night, I called the front desk at least 4 times before the problem was resolved.

Staff was friendly and everything was clean. Recent renovations made this visit much more enjoyable. The breakfast needs more hot options but was sufficient.

With that said though the entire staff was very friendly. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. And overall the entire hotel was very clean and there seemed to be someone cleaning or spraying down something every day. Overall pleased but maybe fix your air conditioners.

Rooms are newly renovated. Lots of colorful touches. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Towels were thick, soft and absorbent. Definitely will stay if in the area again.

The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was handy and well done. My only issue was the shower faucet was reversed. Where it said Cold it was scalding.
