With that said though the entire staff was very friendly. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. And overall the entire hotel was very clean and there seemed to be someone cleaning or spraying down something every day. Overall pleased but maybe fix your air conditioners.

Rooms are newly renovated. Lots of colorful touches. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Towels were thick, soft and absorbent. Definitely will stay if in the area again.

The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was handy and well done. My only issue was the shower faucet was reversed. Where it said Cold it was scalding.

Property had a full breakfast but food not good. There were gnats flying in my room and other bugs crawling. Couldn’t use microwave for 2 days because it wasn’t connected properly. Elevator was broken down more than once. It was not worth the price I paid. Never stay there again.

The fourth floor twin beds were too high to climb into - room 426. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall. I hope every bed in the Canton MS hotel is not this way. Service at hotel was rxcellent.

My door didn't lock right

My room door didn't lock properly. An employee was unprofessional walking around with a dog. I rather and will not book with a dog friendly hotel. A know people that allow dogs and cats to sit on furniture.

Newly remodeled, extremely clean and fresh. Breakfast was wonderful. I marked it in my notes to stay there again next time I’m traveling that way!!!!

The staff was really nice. I booked through hotels.com and didnt read that i had to have additional money for a deposit. The lady waived it for me and said make sure I have it next time. The room was clean but wet. Like the floor was soaked and the beds where very damp. The pool was closed for maintenance which was the entire reason for booking this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The lady said they were in the process of remodel and to come back in about a year and it would be great.

The staff was amazing. From ck in to housekeeping. I loved the fan in the room concept. Never seen that at any hotel before. Very, very, very clean. We didn't utilize the breakfast arean but I looked and it was also very clean.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only one elevator worked but they had someone coming to fix the other one.

I didn’t understand why they wanted to charge me an additional $60 for wanting to checking in two hours early when the the room was available.
