Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Canton by IHG

Rooms were nasty/ bathtubs need a serious sanitize and deep bleach cleaning. Queen side mattress at a broken window. Not worth the risk, cost and your money. Lost money on this hotel but, it’s a lesson learned.

The only nice thing about the property was the delicious breakfast and nice staff. This place is falling apart! Couldn't even shower here! Holiday inn, you better fix this place up! The staff did the best they could with the condition of this property. Pool was murky and gross, so you can't even use it. What a waste of my money.

Everything was dated. Everything around our room was under construction. First night almost everything in the room was broken. they moved us to a different room the next . Trouble with the TVs Could not get Netflix

Toilet was dirty under the ring . Caulking around bathtub was nasty and coming loose . No smoke detector in room just wires hang were it was suppose to be . Mattress was wore out has dips in it .

The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was fantastic!! The pool was disgusting

Furthermore, there was audible partying at the hotel poolside after closure hours.

Breakfast was fine location fine broken toilet , rooms had mold

The staff was helpful and nice. The hallway smelled like someone had been smoking skunk weed and they tried to mask the smell with air freshener. Our room’s curtains had holes in them and the tv didn’t work right.

Worst hotel stay i've ever had. The room was dirty. The toilet was filled with feces. The mirrors were smeared. The blinds did not work. They were jimmied in there. The sheets had hair. The counters had hair. It smelled like dirty feet and was absolutely deplorable.

The beds were super comfy!! The breakfast was good! Friendly staff. The pool was horrible! Very green and algae filled. There is no filtration system on it.

The staff was extremely helpful the room came equipped with everything I needed the toiletries in the bathroom was a very good quality and the breakfast was very good I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody that's traveling to Canton Mississippi

Rooms were terrible

Our room was dusty and the bathroom had not been attended to before our arrival—particularly the shower.

The breakfast and the staff was commendable. The check in staff was knowledgeable and professional. The size of the room made it comfortable. The toilet had a dark brown ring stain inside the toilet area. The bathtub had a brown rusted ring stain as well. The floor was gritty, had to wear slippers or socks. Felt certain that the sheets were not changed after the last person using that room.

The staff was nice. Looks outdated and not well kept.
