The staff was absolutely the best. Nice and courteous. Paint in the tub is peeling up.

The staff was kind and helpful but there were issues with the property beyond their control. The building/rooms were in dire need of maintenance and upgrades.

Staff Stained bathroom facilities

Booked rooms for 3 night .Due to the condition of hotel lack of hallways cleanness and rooms , tv and internet which did not work, holes in the bedding and windows blinds.The refrigerators frozen over the toilet bowl water ran continually . The bathroom ceiling paint flaking and peeling off over the shower . I attempted to use the room telephone to call the front desk but of course it didn't work .After inspection the three rooms that was offer we decided to move to a different hotel. Truly disappointed !!

The bed was comfortable, the air was cool but not sure if I would return.

The housekeeper needs to be fired. The rooms are beyond dirty and the carpet in the entire building needs to be cleaned. I was welcomed by a dirty bathroom when I opened the door. It literally smelled like urine. There was hair everywhere and dirty toilets. Apparently they don’t change trash or give fresh towels. She literally pushed around a cleaning cart that’s not being used.

We were woken up at 6:30am by a false fire alarm. They said that the oven overheated but we smelled weed THICK in the air so I doubt it was the oven. Absolutely no staff were in the halls during the alarm to tell anyone what was going on. After they turned off the alarm, there was nobody walking around telling us what happened, we had to find someone to ask if it was safe to stay and get our belongings. As we left there was glass shattered on the ground right outside of the door, that no staff were around to clean up. My in-laws also had issues unrelated to this review, however they also will not be staying here ever again. Overall we will NOT be staying here ever again and would not recommend

Room was clean and cool. We booked this room in Oct and was given a king size bed and we needed two queen beds, which is what we booked. Was told the reason we got a king room was because we requested a handicapped bathroom, which we didn’t need, but was on the room we booked. The room was supposed to have a roll in shower, which it did not, so if we did need it, we couldn’t use what was provided. Desk clerk was not friendly or helpful. My husband talked to someone else and she said that our room was being refunded back to y’all. Haven’t received a refund yet.

The staff was super nice. Check in was not a problem. Room was just okay, could use some upgrades. Mattress definitely keeps you in the middle of the bed. Room was quiet ….Several reviews speak highly of the breakfast, however, supposed to be buffet from 6 - 9….Went to eat at 8 and it was nonexistent ..NOTHING. Asked about it and was told “ It’s gone “…….For the money, wouldn’t stay here again. Too many options on the same street..

We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

It is run down and not the cleanest hotel. The floors needed vacuumed.
