Room not to clean Bathroom some stain

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this place was terrible for so many reasons.

The bed linens had not been cleaned. The water would not get hot. The overall smell and appearance of room and bathroom was terrible. Then I had to pay a non refundable pet fee. In addition, there was someone sleeping in their car in the parking lot.

Smelled moldy but I do like the room set up shower was not clean very well

Once they switch the room the new room had a leaking air conditioner so a fourth of the room was wet. The toilet still have permanent stains were steel stained the ceiling in the bathroom have a lot of water stains & what appeared to be bacterial growth. Both the TVs in the room were blue meaning they were about to fail soon. The manager stated he will swap out the TVs, but that never happened. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor any hotel with his name as this has tarnished any reputation I THOUGHT they had!!! This was the most horrible experience I’ve had at a hotel. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star but I certainly couldn’t believe that this was supposed to be something acceptable. I should have simply been relocated as I was very uncomfortable staying here with my children. There were some guys hanging in the parking lot drinking beers & playing loud music until 12a

rooms were always clean, good breakfast in the mornings, and they had nice staff

Lots of rain in the area for several days. Room smelled of a musty smell like water in carpet or wall. Cable tv did not work. Breakfast bar had lots of empty holes. Coffee maker had no reg coffee and it was from an instant machine. Juice machine was on bar but no juice. They double billed me. I have stayed here 5-6 times in years past, but will never stay here again. Paid a premium price for a very low quality room..

The staff was helpful The internet was down, so no TV or internet. Only had 1 coffee pod and 1 decaf in the room, for 2 people. Went to the breakfast area to get coffee and the machine wouldn't work. The from desk lady tried but she couldn't get it either.

Nothing Dirty windows in room, no breakfast at 9:00am

Exceptional

Nothing Not clean and NOTHING worked. And there was no continental breakfast as advertised.

All of the bed sheets were dirty. Like they don't wash them. The bathroom were really bad. Amd the breakfast the waffles were bad . For what i paid i think should be a better service.

The staff, the smell, the highway convenience. The air unit sounded like someone beating a drum, so you can't sleep well. The TV had to be reprogrammed every time you turned it on to work. The fact I couldn't get a printed check in or our receipt was the worst thing.

Disappointing

Very good

The room was not clean and the room I booked was for 2 queens and it was 2 different size beds. Beer bottles tops all around the hotel

. Room was clean The first room had a mold smell and counter person act like he didn’t want to change my room. The second room The staff never came to fix tv. I had to figure it out

The rooms had mold in them ice machine broke ask for a receipt and didn't get one ironing board was broke the iron mess up my clothes
