rooms were always clean, good breakfast in the mornings, and they had nice staff

Lots of rain in the area for several days. Room smelled of a musty smell like water in carpet or wall. Cable tv did not work. Breakfast bar had lots of empty holes. Coffee maker had no reg coffee and it was from an instant machine. Juice machine was on bar but no juice. They double billed me. I have stayed here 5-6 times in years past, but will never stay here again. Paid a premium price for a very low quality room..

The staff was helpful The internet was down, so no TV or internet. Only had 1 coffee pod and 1 decaf in the room, for 2 people. Went to the breakfast area to get coffee and the machine wouldn't work. The from desk lady tried but she couldn't get it either.

Nothing Dirty windows in room, no breakfast at 9:00am

Nothing Not clean and NOTHING worked. And there was no continental breakfast as advertised.

All of the bed sheets were dirty. Like they don't wash them. The bathroom were really bad. Amd the breakfast the waffles were bad . For what i paid i think should be a better service.

The staff, the smell, the highway convenience. The air unit sounded like someone beating a drum, so you can't sleep well. The TV had to be reprogrammed every time you turned it on to work. The fact I couldn't get a printed check in or our receipt was the worst thing.

The room was not clean and the room I booked was for 2 queens and it was 2 different size beds. Beer bottles tops all around the hotel

. Room was clean The first room had a mold smell and counter person act like he didn’t want to change my room. The second room The staff never came to fix tv. I had to figure it out

The rooms had mold in them ice machine broke ask for a receipt and didn't get one ironing board was broke the iron mess up my clothes

Not much, a place to stay

We were just there for a late night stay and then back on the road but I do not recommend. Tv was broke, screaming and banging on walls and doors all night. I was alone with my children and we were terrified. Room smelled like mold.

The room was okay. It was clean, but not worth $158 per night! (It used to cost $80 per night which it still should be). It needed some small repairs like sealing holes around fixtures. The towels seemed clean but old and had holes and tears in them. The breakfast was edible. It was the same everyday and some items seemed to be leftover from the day before. The fridge/freezer combo in my room was a decent size. The microwave was small, but clean. There was no ironing board, the iron worked but had a missing piece (no cover for the part you pour water for steam in). There was a desk with the TV on top which displayed a dark picture, but the desk had no drawers to store clothes. So, if you just need a place to rest your head, it’s okay (as long as no one is walking hard over your head). Oh, and the shower was great!

The gentleman that checked us in was nice. He even went to the kitchen to get us ice since the machine was broke. Public bathrooms were locked, no vending at all, workout room is closed. Breakfast was not appealing and the orange juice was mostly clear.
