Creekside Hotel & Suites

The facilities were immaculately clean, and everything in the room was new. You can tell they remodeled there. The staff were all so helpful, if they didn't know an answer they went to find an answer for all of my questions. Breakfast was standard, biscuits, eggs, sausage, fruits, cereal and oatmeal. Nothing amazing, but plentiful and fresh. Our room was on the first floor, next time we'd book away from there. We could hear people coming and going all night. Also, the beds were a little uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be nice, but I have a princess and the pea syndrome so it may have been only me.

Nice and clean rooms and hotel in general. The pool area was very clean and had no complaints at all about it. Great place to stop if you want to avoid the larger towns around. Breakfast wasnt great. Wasnt bad, but very limited options.

Super modern, comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious (they had breakfast sandwiches), and our kids loved the saltwater indoor pool. There’s not a whole lot nearby, but it was still a wonderful experience.

The staff was super nice and the room was beautiful. Everything was super clean. Ac wasn't turned on when I got in so it was like 100° in my room. Pool was down

Nothing Couldn't even get phone service we left went to another hotel

The property was very nice! The problem we had was with Booking.com. I will never use Booking.com again. The staff at the property was excellent. They went out of their way to find us a room. Booking.com sent me a confirmation number and everything and they had no booking for us at this hotel and this hotel was booked up so they couldn’t even get us in to a room very unhappy with Booking.com.

Clean, Comfortable & non-smoking with close proximity to amenities Just wish they had some blackout curtains in the rooms, but not really a big deal

Stay was great! The only critique - it would be nice to have small microwave in the room. It was dificult to go to the lobby to warm up stuff. Just like mentioned above - Microwave would be nice!

Location, availability, decent breakfast. Property is also very dog friendly! The bed was not very comfortable.

Clean rooms The bathtub filled up full of water when we showered and yes the plug was open. The water would not drain out of the tub for like 30-45 min. Kind of gross to shower like that.

Breakfast was good Refrigerator didn’t work

What breakfast? All I saw was biscuits and gravy.

Very nice staff, accommodating and friendly Everything was great, even though hot tub was down got a pass to go across the street to enjoy theres!

Location and comfort where excellent. I brought my grandson and pittie with me and they are very dog friendly. Pool area was great for my grandson and the hot tub was amazing. Only negitive review is, I did not like the hot breakfast, I should've had cereal. Hot breakfast was not good.

The Christmas lights were amazing.

Friendly staff Loud, was on first floor next to elevator, across from dining area and next to us was a loud barking dog running back and forth. We were told the hotel was fully booked so they put is in that pet-friendly room and it smelled of dog. Above is people kept walking around and laughing loudly even at 3am. The fan kept clicking every time it started several times during the night. No sleeping in that hotel for sure.
