There was no air conditioning in any of the hallways except the 1st floor. Our room had air but smelled like mold. After returning to our room from the beach we were informed that the water was off for 3-4 hours so no shower. My husband suffers from Barriets so we needed 2 more pillows the hostage looked in back no pillows she said the other pillows where in storage on top floor didn’t want to go up there so she went into another room that she had to move people they needed a walk in shower and gave me those pillows. The breakfast on Saturday was horrible. Waffles toast/bagel and mini muffins. I had to ask them if they could restock our room with towels and maybe take out the garbage. When I would ask hostess a question it seemed like I was bothering them. Not a good experience and will make sure we will not stay at a Hampton Hotel again .

When the housekeepers came to clean the room they didn’t vacuum or replace towels

The staff was fantastic and very friendly to work with. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel room was well kept.

We had a great one-night stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay again!

Side entry door difficult taking wheelchair in or out. Pool door fine.

There were cockroaches many of them in my room. We switched rooms and the second room had cockroaches. I complained the management and they didn't offer anything. They said it was common

Room smelled a little damp and the fire alarm going off at 1 am was not so fun but everything else was good. The breakfast waffles were pretty great.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was tasty and the kitchen area was clean. Kathy from the kitchen staff was a treasure. She checked on guests and provided information when ask.

The air conditioning broke inthe middle of the night and the staff did nothing to make it right
