There were cockroaches many of them in my room. We switched rooms and the second room had cockroaches. I complained the management and they didn't offer anything. They said it was common

Room smelled a little damp and the fire alarm going off at 1 am was not so fun but everything else was good. The breakfast waffles were pretty great.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was tasty and the kitchen area was clean. Kathy from the kitchen staff was a treasure. She checked on guests and provided information when ask.

The air conditioning broke inthe middle of the night and the staff did nothing to make it right

I stay here many times over the years it is very clean always the breakfast buffet is good and the people are nice definitely one of the better hotels in Florida

Price was excellent was for a clean room, great breakfast buffet and wonderful friendly staff. Kathy and Joel made us feel welcome every morning at breakfast and made some great restaurant recommendations. If I come back to this area, I'll definitely stay at this one again.

This is a great place to stay in the heart of the city of Cape Coral.

Got into town a little earlier than expected but was able to check in. The room was clean, very well kept, and decent sized. The bathrooms are also a nice size, plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. The staff was super friendly our entire stay, the location is quiet and the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast has gone down hill significantly since I started staying at this facility regularly over the past 2 years. The housekeeping staff are great at cleaning but left us short of towels or washcloths several times.
