Carroll Villa Hotel

the restaurant next door was the only highlight of our stay. 15 degrees outside the room was heated by a plug in heater. No stafff available to help us. Totally unacceptable.

Loved my room and the location. The food at The Mad Batter was excellent! I thought that I would receive 30% off of entrees at dinner and a breakfast voucher. But because I booked my stay with an OTA that did not apply to me. When I rechecked my confirmation email, it listed those perks. It did not ruin my stay, but it was a little disappointing.

Immaculate! Wonderful staff! Lots of perks…. $30.00 credit for breakfast or lunch at the Mad Batter,Chairs, umbrellas at the beach, beach passes, free parking….. all that adds up! Room was clean, bed so comfy, bathroom clean, updated and roomy!!!! This is my 2nd time there and will definitely be back! Nothing

Breakfast was delicious. Meals were good in the bar/restaurant area at night Climbing up the stairs to the 3rd floor was a little more difficult for us because of our age (76&75), but we managed

Great location to town, beach and restaurants. All was just fine.

This was our first time in Cape May and everything was great! We’d return here without any hesitation. The rooms were modern, clean and comfy while also being in a quaint setting. Very convenient to have the restaurant!! Loved how close the hotel was, walking, to everything. Shower drains were not that good. Water pooped quickly in the shower and didn’t drain well. But clearly not something that spoiled the experience.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was very sweetly decorated and had heated bathroom floors. The location was perfect. Parking is probably tricky in the busy season, but wasn’t bad this time of year. And next time we would request being on the second floor instead of the third. lots of stairs.

Staff, cleanliness, location. The food was excellent. Would come again but reserve earlier to get a lower floor. Stairs difficult for me to climb. I’m 71 and have arthritis. Old house so I know no fault with the hotel. Parking a little tricky but, once again, no fault.

Stairs,,but I knew that going into it. Needs updating in at least my room.13.parking sucked,or lack there of.the wall paper in are room was peeling off and behind it was alot of mold..

Restaurant/bar area. need shower hooks in bathroom nowhere to hang wet towels and bathrobe. for the amount of money there should be parking. Parking is horrible. What do you do if it’s pouring?

beautiful spacious room with large bathroom by using Booking.com we were told we were not eligible for the vouchers for breakfast and dinner but to be fair they did give us 1 discount

I have been going to Cape May for over 40 years and this was the best experience yet. My wife and I will return again next year and stay with Caroll Villa. The staff was the best Nothing I can think of

Perfect location; staff super friendly; lovely destination; also nice bar and restaurant on premises and just delicious food.

the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a great location and the restaurant in the hotel was fabulous. the bed was really hard as were the pillows. parking the car so far away from the hotel wasn’t convenient at all. I realize we were there at a prime time but the cost was high, more than we’ve ever spent on a hotel.

Very nice, cordial, and helpful staff. The hotel is located just two blocks from the beach. The room was bright and spacious, as well as clean and well-furnished. Comfortable beds. Restaurant located in restaurant is excellent and affordable. The price was a little high, but I think that's because of proximity to the beach.

Great location great food bar and entertainment. Staff was awesome! No elevator and really narrow steps. I was on the 3rd floor
