Hampton Inn Cardiff Beach Encinitas, CA Near Del Mar

The hotel was a great surprise. We will be back for sure. Super value, clean and safe. Front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful when we arrived at 1:00 in the morning. Nice breakfast. Reasonable parking price. So glad we took a chance on this hotel. A gem in a perfect location at a good value. Queen beds were comfortable.

The noise from the freeway was very annoying all night. Place was not full, do wish they would have put us on the opposite side of the hotel.

The Hampton Inn hotel was clean, and very well maintained. I loved that the hotel set adjacent to a gas station, car wash, and a Mexican food spot. We were able to satisfy out appetite morning or evening, clean our vehicle and get gas all without having to drive around town.

Came here for a little weekend getaway with my wife. Room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly when checking in. Locations is very close to everything you’d need. About 5-10 min from nice beaches and about 20-25 min from Downtown SD. Didn’t get to try out the breakfast provided or the pool area. Overall a great experience and would book again.

The property was clean, location very convenient. I love the coffee available during the day in the lobby. The only critique would be that the staff couldn’t keep up with the hot breakfast items. They took too long to refill the items.

I'm a regular at Hampton Inn. This one in particular had good water pressure and very hot shower. Otherwise the usual: clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Will def come back.

Gave better cleaning hours fie mopping during high traffic times. I had a broken foot and was asked to go around using a a tight space to move through with crutches bc they were mopping.

I was very shocked there was a 20 dollar per day parking fee as it was not quoted on the Hotel.com site. I would have and will stay elsewhere next visit. Definitely gouging. Bryan Petty
