They are renovating. Parking is free The beds I assume are new but ours sounded like it was about to break

Room was very clean. The lobby is under construction, so there was no breakfast room, literally no where to sit, and no more than two people could access the minimal breakfast that was available in the small portion of the room they were using as a lobby. Also, the outside of the whole facility, especially stairways, was dirty, unwelcoming and had an unpleasant smell. The room has no place to sit, just the beds. It's truly a motel.

Room was clean. None of Rene amenities. No hairdryer,coffee maker or microwave.

Staff did the best they could under the circumstances, including setting up a makeshift office and breakfast area.

Not bad, but not what I expected. The property is under construction and the pool is only open Saturday & Sunday from what the front staff told us. I requested a hair dryer, but they did not have any available. However, the room was nice and the AC worked great. The front office staff was nice and the breakfast was decent. It’s conveniently located and very walkable. Overall, the hotel is okay and reasonably priced.

I wasn’t aware of the reconstruction happening, it would have been nice to know as the breakfast was pretty lacking so had to get something ahead of time. At least it was quiet while I was there.

Currently the property is being renovated and this was something that wasn’t shared from Expedia when we booked our room. The inside of the rooms were clean and everything was new but, the outside was a mess. The check in room was a make shift room and was filthy. The breakfast area was within this check-in room and was just grab and go items. Good thing we were spending much time in the room other than to sleep and shower cause, it’s wasn’t what we had expected.

Everything was new in the room. Very clean. Only stayed one night. The renovations were no issue.

Terrible terrible terrible Booked a double bed, they only gave a single and refuse to accommodate. Everything was dirty & nasty. Left and didn’t even stay there. Refused to refund or offer any percentage of refund Wouldn’t recommend nor would I stay here again. Office was being held out of a room, not a lobby

Perfect location not far to the beach. Rooms that I stayed is newly renovated, everything is new including furniture and linens. They still doing renovation so there is no place to seat on thier free breakfast. It's a to go breakfast.

Was told ALL Rooms had completely been remolded when in fact they haven't all been completed. Remolding work is still ongoing daily with noisy machinery working outside the room. Onsite pool is currently not available for use. Website states there are cribs available for those traveling with infant/toddler children but they no longer offer this amenity. Website is misleading with cribs being listed as available. Breakfast item consisted of a Otis Spunkmeyer Blueberry muffin or Nature Valley granola bar. Limited parking area. Upon entering the room, immediately noticed it had a musty/moldy smell and remained during the short stay. Additionally, the floor in room was filthy. It was so dirty, my grandchild and our feet were completely black on the bottoms. I went to the front desk to request the room be mopped. Front desk said they would have housekeeping come clean but was never done. Lastly, noticed there was water coming up from flooring (Rm 133) when entering the bathroom area. The threshold was soft & squishy when stepping on it. As a result of all the above, we left a day earlier to return back home. I won't be a repeat customer to this hotel again. Hopefully, this information will be useful to those considering a stay at this location.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, the renovations are really nice and the rooms were clean and spacious. If the rooms had a microwave to go with the mini fridge it would be perfect

Overall a solid hotel. Walking distance from the train station, town shopping, and the beach. Rooms are newly remodeled, but the hotel is still under construction. The bed is not the most comfortable and the room does not get very dark at night. Clean room

During my stay the outside of the property was under construction. The rooms inside were updated, clean, and had your basic necessities (tv, clock, towels). The breakfast served was muffins, granola bars, coffee and tea to go (again during construction). One thing to be aware of is if you have to pay the cost of the hotel upon arrival DO NOT allow them to charge you the incidental charge together.

Easy access to freeway Bathroom smelled like they washed their long haired Dog in the shower.

The property is undergoing renovations. The room we stayed in was clean and well appointed. The location was great. Would stay at this property again.

The place is under construction the place is very ugly no elevators. The stairs are really dirty. The rooms are dirty to the bathrooms even outside. The potty is dirty and they don’t say it’s under construction and overpriced. Plus they charge 125 incidentals that’s not kind of nice.
