My family and I enjoyed the access to the pool and the hotels close proximity to the ocean.
-
Overall this hotel needs work big time. It feels like it’s falling apart. Not worth $300 a night!
-
Horribly rundown hotel, with a condemned looking restaurant that has been vacant for 12 years. This hotel must be buying reviews to not be under a 5.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great, close to the beach and main part of town. It’s refreshing to come across a hotel that doesn’t charge a ridiculous amount for parking and wifi. The room I had was large with a kitchenette, living room area and separate bedroom area.

I called to confirm my stay before our road trip. I drove 5+ hours only to arrive and find out they cancelled my stay without any confirmation. The front desk staff was extremely rude, used profanity towards me, told me I sound like a broken record, and told me to sleep on the couch if it makes me feel better. There were no rooms available, no refund, and when I asked for the managers number (who cancelled my reservation), I received the front desk number. I called hotels.com and they were never made aware of any cancellation. Once they tried to contact the front desk, he would not answer. I’ve had better experiences at motels in Montana

Clean & comfy rooms, big balconies, plenty of free parking, easy walk to the beach & all the shops on the 101. Pastries, eggs & sausage breakfast, nice clean pool & hot tub. Kind & attentive staff. Coffee Keurig, fridge, hair drier, ironing board etc. Only down was horrible water pressure & very smelly shower drain, soaps-shampoo-conditioner hardly come out so takes forever to wash your hair.

Cons: Dated property. Swayback beds. Inadequate kitchen supplies in suite. Thin walls. Clearly heard next door neighbor’s noise. Front desk was clearly disinterested in the job.
-
Parking was easy, room was clean(no carpet) that’s a plus, shower had very low water pressure. Staff was friendly the pool was little questionable (needed some love) Need a safer trail from the hotel to the beach.

The cleaning was great but place is kinda outdated
-
Good basic apart/hotel - a bit dated, but everything you need.

Nice experience. Parking was excellent, location a few blocks to beach, rooms spacious with nice view.

Clean room with a great view! We appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. Our kids loved the pool! Fitness room is not the best, but it definitely works if you know what you’re doing and was really nice to have on site.

It was enough to fit our family of 6. Kids play in pool and hot tub. Breakfast same menu everyday but was enough for us.

Beautiful

Let's begin with the window in the bathroom facing the hallway so you can hear and smell everybody that's doing their business while walking in the hallway. The floors in the room were so dirty that our feet were so black ! I have no idea when was the last time anyone washed the floors in the room. We have three dogs at home and we walk bare feet and my house fooors looks 180° different than this hotel room, just disgusting. No privacy at all at the balcony, if you want to look at the view and lean on the bar, you'll also be looking right through other people's porches and rooms, so take that into consideration. The pool was very cold all day. Breakfast wasn't all that, and there's only one toasters so the line to it was horrible! No coffee in the lobby, so only at breakfast time or the horrible coffee they give you in the room. Even motel 6 has coffee in their lobby... There wasn't soap or shampoo and even though they came to clean the rooms they still didn't fill it. Also no pressure in the shower head. The floors in the hallways are peeling!!!! Definitely not the hotel that's supposed to cost what they charge! I'd rank it less than motel 6.

Price is a little too much and the property is a little outdated
-
Staff was nice, pool was not kept stocked with towels
-
no onsite restaurant. Overall stay was 3 to 4 rating.

This was a good experience overall. Netflix was not available on the TV. Breakfast options were limited. Coffee creamers were available, but empty and Splenda and cream cheese were not available. Although there were small things missing from the experience, the hotel was nice and the bed was comfortable.
