Homewood Suites by Hilton Carlisle

Very quiet location away from Main Street and highway! Space outdoors to walk dog. Very nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold options.

Nothing

Everything! We love this location for Carlisle car shows! Walkable to the show and downtown! It's clean and very comfortable with large rooms! Nothing

Neat and clean Nothing really. All good. I am waiting for a reversal of incidentals that the hotel had charged. I am expected to receive $38.

It was nice to have the pool all to myself but the floor and walls were highly stained. Breakfast was great with lots of options however the scrambled eggs tasted like soap. My room was very clean and modern with the exception of the shower. The caulking on the floor was separating, the corner of the ceiling was cracking and shedding, and unlike the shampoo and conditioner, the bottle of body wash was just sitting on the floor. The wall attachment appeared to have fallen off previously. There were no shelves or hooks either which was very inconvenient. The kitchenette is a very nice touch and comes with everything you would need to cook basic meals (besides oil), store food/beverages, and clean up after yourself. The last negative thing I’ll note is that my king size bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected. It was lumpy and I could feel the bed springs. There was an ihome charging station which was super handy and they offer HBO streaming for free. Like I said, overall I was satisfied with my stay but there is certainly room for improvement.

The shower water would leak out and leave one with a big puddle of water and wet bath mat 😞😥

Great location for the truck show. Clean nice room. Nice pool.

very clean hotel, fun paintings, great breakfast, polite hotel staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful. For a Hotel that is only 4yrs old, I wasn't impressed at all. Exhaust fan in out bathroom didn't work, base molding was sticking out off the wall on the corner of the bathroom entry (could really hurt if it was kicked barefoot), full length room mirror was never wiped down (some sort of smudges all over it), kitchen cabinet doors didn't close due to hitting one another, toilet wasn't bolted down or level and leaked, shower doors didn't seal and the water splashed out onto the floor and is damaging the wall plaster and grout (moldy, grungy looking stained grout). Just wasn't impressed for a hotel that old.

Pool and place was clean.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Room size was amazing. Complimentary breakfast had many options to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were not comfortable. Only negative. That was just our experience, they may be great for others.

Comfortable rooms - professional staff
