I liked the layout of the suite. It was very comfortable. We had enough pillows and towels. The extra blanket came in handy.

everything was wonderful! even though it was expensive, it is the best hotel in Carlisle. There was one staff member, Rebecca in the front desk that was having a bad day. Other than that, it was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I think the food quality wasn’t that good. The sausage patties were worse than fast food. The potatoes seem like they came right out of a bag no taste. And the scrambled eggs were very watery.

Breakfast was great and the attendant that you had there was very attentive to everyone there and it was a really busy morning - the food was good as well only complaint is that the eggs looked like they may have been powdered.

This was a great place to stay. Very quiet and clean. The only bad part was their pet policy online says PETS STAY FOR FREE when in actuality it is $88.40 PER NIGHT

It was very well kept up and the facility was close to where family was. The parking was very good to the entrance.

As previously mentioned, the gentleman checked me in since my room was ready-but the second room for my other family members was not. The manager (i believe) made it her business to reprimand our check in rep in front of a group of people, which I thought was extremely unprofessional and rude and left a lasting impression. as aforementioned, we know how hotels work and the check in process, our inquiry was solely based on availability-we were not making demands.

Be careful. My husband 's business took him to another town after 2 days. We were unable to cancel the rest of our reservation.
