The staff was amazing and so kind to me and my family

Basic amenities, but there's a bar/restaurant right in the hotel. Win win and it's within walking distance to many other great restaurants and attractions.

Every single staff person I interacted with was helpful and upbeat. Dog friendly to boot. Terrible pillows stuffed into little squares extremely high. Just a normal flat pillow would be nice. didn’t expect to have one window that looked out over a dim concrete sunken Alley but we were only there to sleep so all right.

Great location to the Aquatic Center. Walkable downtown. Winery a block away was terrific!

We loved just about everything about our stay; we had two rooms just for one night - convenient location, good parking garage, nice decor, comfortable bed and were thrilled that our daughter's little dog was able to stay. I would have given 5 stars but one room's bathroom smelled really bad - mildew coming from the shower curtain. I should have mentioned it right away but was too tired. Other than that, a very pleasant stay for us.

Solid experience. Only negatives were some noisy neighbors and lack of someone consistently at the front desk. It is a great location overall, in the heart of the city.

Breakfast was typical low-end fare. Water pressure in shower was disappointing. Also some mold spots in grout and chaulk

The room was very clean. Unfortunately, our fridge was broken. We were only staying the night, we didn’t need it. The front desk staff was super kind about it when we checked out in the morning. The beds were VERY small. It can’t be helped but there was a utility pole outside our window with every wire/transformer in Carlisle hooked to it. If the beds were bigger we’d def stay again.

The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms are great. The rooms were big. The breakfast was delicious and we love the location. We loved it

Clean room, had to ask for soap. Breakfast is typical continental nothing fancy. Gym area is ok. No water fill station. AC unit broken. Overall okay for the price-nice for one night stay

Good clean room. Breakfast had a fair range of choice. Convenient location. Would have liked more space in breakfast room and more fruit, this wasn’t always available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meeting room we used was spacious and worked well.

Centrally located, exceptionally courteous staff and overall a comfortable stay

We liked staying right in town with our two dogs, having an excellent restaurant on-site with an outdoor patio where we ate for both our dinner and breakfast with our dogs. Parking in garage adjacent to hotel was very convenient. We would stay again.

Perfect location downtown and close to Letor park. Great room, great breakfast, perfect service, VERY friendly reception staff!
