Otherwise - we had a lovely time. The staff (except as noted above) was wonderful! Kai had fixed all issues that were caused and made our trip right! The staff at the breakfast (Hannah and Darnell - you shine like diamonds, kids!!) were so cheery and fun in the mornings, we never had to ask for anything to be refilled. The hotel was older, but the housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it clean, always smiling, always a hello or good morning. The location was great; there is a lot to do and see in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The room I had this time 308, did not seem to be as well maintained as the other rooms I have stayed in. I was a tad disappointed to be honest.

The hotel was centrally located. The staff was helpful. The key locks didn't work. My 2 cousins were erroneously told to check out of their rooms a day early. We had to condense into two rooms. The hotel staff did not inform us. There was no cleaning service for the rooms.

The location is great and the staff at the hotel and whiskey rebellion are also great.

This hotel is the readable cost choice for visiting Dickinson College or downtown Carlisle. Staff is always helpful. The rooms are surprisingly large and reasonably priced. It is a Comfort Inn, not the Mandarin Oriental, so adjust your expectations. That said, it is a very good Comfort Inn.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly! The room was spacious. The only drawback was inconvenient parking due to the downtown location.

The convenience of the location. There's no gluten free options for breakfast. The bathroom needed some deep cleaning.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. There are many walkable shops and restaurants.

Great location. Very friendly staff. AirCond was terrible, had to sleep on top of covers. Breakfast very nice. Small roach issue

The bathroom has some mold growing and water stains on the walls. Def in need of a refresh

The next morning we decided to sleep in, but the maid knocked on our door at 8:45 am. The interesting thing about it was in the bathroom. It said that if you wanted your room clean during your day, you needed to call the front desk and request it. When we finally got out of the room about an hour later I spoke to the maid and asked her if they could clean the room, especially the bathroom and provide us with clean towels. I also ran into the head maid a bit later and asked her the same thing. The room was never touched. When we returned to the hotel it was after 4 pm again and the front desk said that they were unable to do anything except give us towels. They also said that they would let the manager know about all our issues. The manager still didn’t reach out. Overall the hotel was nice, the restaurant in the hotel was pretty good, and the rest of the room seemed clean. The one thing I expect when I stay at a hotel is that the room is clean and they failed at that on multiple days. It was disappointing.

The location and the room was awesome!! Everything was perfect!!

I stuck it out two nights, but I left a day early because I couldn't take it anymore. If I hadn't prepaid with a nonrefundable rate, I would have switched hotels right away. It's too bad, because the location is great. There's also an onsite restaurant and bar and a decent gym. It has the potential to be a terrific hotel. But it desperately needs to be updated and have the moisture issue fixed.
