Spark By Hilton Carlisle South

Very clean and great location.

Housekeeping service was offered every other night. We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never came to our room. Not acceptable!

Shower in the room had hair on the walls, the Breakfast was not what I expected. holiday Inn express and best Western or Hampton Inn or far superior.

This is the 2nd Spark Hilton hotel I have stayed in. Most of my stays are for 1 night and then I move on to the next location. For the price you get a modern room with all the basic amenities (desk, plugs in the right places) comfotable bed, clean and workable bathroom.For me these and Carlisle South will be a Go To hotel. I am impressed

The wifi seemed a little odd, but I did get wifi and that is ultimately one of the priorities I have when I stay anywhere is free wifi.

I got bite marks by bed bugs and she told me they came from me and didn’t refund me my money and I have pictures of my bite marks. Awful the front desk don’t know nothing

Room was clean and comfortable They assigned us a handicapped room which was ok, but unnecessary and cut down on the vanity space. We were also very close to a highway. Very noisy.

However could hear the highway very loud while trying to sleep and ran out of hot water quickly. But over all good experience.

Basic hotel. Great for an overnight place to crash. No frills but hotel has been remodeled and was neat and clean.

Room was very small , air conditioner was very loud, asked front desk for e tray pillows , was told they didn’t have any! There was like no one staying there , maybe take the time and little effort to grab some from another room. Asked for ketchup, claimed they didn’t have that either ! Just not helpful or friendly . Wasn’t a comfortable stay at all

I really loved the double room that separated the kids from the adults! The price was reasonable (and included breakfast (and the hotel was very clean). I also liked being able to check in and get into my room digitally through the app.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee 24/7. Great location for getting on and off 81. Restaurants close 2nd floor hallway was dark and smelled of smoke even though it's a non-smoking facility.

The place is tired. It’s not well maintained. It was decently clean but things like holes in the sheets were a bit sad to see on a Hilton property. Marks on walls. Drip marks on roof from leaking plumbing upstairs. Little stuff like that all over. Just seems like they don’t try.

Very nice property and clean

Definitely worthy of the Hilton name.
