Room was very small , air conditioner was very loud, asked front desk for e tray pillows , was told they didn’t have any! There was like no one staying there , maybe take the time and little effort to grab some from another room. Asked for ketchup, claimed they didn’t have that either ! Just not helpful or friendly . Wasn’t a comfortable stay at all

I really loved the double room that separated the kids from the adults! The price was reasonable (and included breakfast (and the hotel was very clean). I also liked being able to check in and get into my room digitally through the app.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee 24/7. Great location for getting on and off 81. Restaurants close 2nd floor hallway was dark and smelled of smoke even though it's a non-smoking facility.

The place is tired. It’s not well maintained. It was decently clean but things like holes in the sheets were a bit sad to see on a Hilton property. Marks on walls. Drip marks on roof from leaking plumbing upstairs. Little stuff like that all over. Just seems like they don’t try.

Updated bathroom, simple breakfast area, comfy bed. Dirty. Floor was gross and hair all over area just outside bathroom. Was also told when we got there that we may not have hot water tonight. LOUD guy upstairs AND noisy pipes running along air conditioner.

The room was bright and big, and the hotel was easy to get to. But the halls were dark, the breakfast offerings were minimal unless you wanted to pay more, and when we discovered in the morning, before we were dressed for the day, that we didn't have towels, we had to go get them rather than anyone bringing them to our room. So we ended up feeling not particularly relaxed and not exactly like we'd gotten a good deal.

Loved the location. Breakfast wasn’t great. It was ok. But I would have preferred hot breakfast. There was just bagels, yogurt, and oatmeal.

The place is a pleasure to stay at with the exception of the pet policy. We heard a dog barking in room next to us late in evening
