Woodspring Suites Harrisburg Carlisle

Asked for 1st floor im disabled . Got 2nd floor , parking in the ba k is 3 floors down , to long for me to stand going up and down.

Clean, newer facility close to highway No ice machine anywhere on property. No blow dryer in room, no kitchen equipment in kitchenette. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in bathroom.

The "desk" closed at 10PM and didn't open back up until 6AM. Only vending machine for food. Not the best in the area, but the staff was very helpful and nice.

Read previous reviews so I knew to bring my own shampoo and things and there was no breakfast so no biggie. Hotel was clean and the staff was great. Only downside for me was the doors are heavy and slam loudly everywhere and you can hear other guests in the hallway.

Cleaning staff needs to clean under beds. Need more towels and need to put hand towels in the room, no hand towels. Signs for the office.

No water pressure in the shower. It tool almost 20 minutes to get the soap rinsed completely off my body. Glsd I didn't wash my hair. I heard EVERYTHING going on in the next room when I finally arrived. Then the next morning, I heard the kids over there as well.

No 24 hour front desk service. No desk service late at night, overnight or early in the morning. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided. I think you have to request it.

The room was okay. I had to clean the refrigerator. The water pressure for the shower is terrible. For the nightly fee paid, I expected better.

This hotel has a limited check in that stops at 10PM. The after hours number they use was not monitored and I was not able to stay at this hotel even though I paid for the evening. The accommodations may be nice at this hotel, but not having a staff at the front desk is a red flag on other areas they cut corners on. I would proceed with caution when considering booking a stay here, because if you have an emergency that requires assistance from a staff member you likely will not have any support.

Breakfast?? There wasn't any, only coffee. Which is fine because it is extremely rare that a hotel has any food worth eating. The loud A/C unit & the people in the room above me who stomped the floor & allowed their kid to run continuously for hours mimicking a stampede of cattle. I'd recommend staying on the top floor.

The wifi was subpar. I paid for the premium option and it was as slow as the free version of the wifi that is offered.

Great for stop over on long trip

The hotel was pretty bare bones. No breakfast, no lounge, no pool ect. And it smelled weird

very clean, but no amenities beyond a bar of soap. priced like a hotel with much more to offer. very thin walls, could hear other guests the entire stay.

Good location right next to I81. Rooms a bit plain. No carpet or rugs. Bare bones. Decent price.
