Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and many amenities. Too close by the highway and heard the traffic all night long. Kept waking up due to noise from traffic and other guests.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel. There was a travel baseball team staying tool The boys were allowed to run the halls on all 4 floors playing tag. They were extremely loud and unruly. I know this is a parent issue and should have been taken care by parents, but after allowing it to continue for over an hour the staff should have stepped in for the safety and comfort for the other customers.

We reserved a room for five people. When we arrived there were only two towels and washcloths. The pull out couch had no linens. We tried to call the front desk to ask for more towels and linens but it just kept ringing. We called back several times and ended up calling reservations which got us nowhere. I somehow ended up on the phone with someone trying to tell me I qualified for a vacation in Orlando. We went downstairs and had to ask for towels. One of the towels was so raggedy it was unraveling... like one you would put on the floor for when you get out of the shower...but it did the job. After I got in the shower I realized that there was no shampoo. There were two bottles of conditioner! We had to go back downstairs to ask for the shampoo. But the most annoying and inconvenient thing was on Saturday night we asked for more towels and we were told that there were no more towels. How does a hotel run out of towels??? We asked when we could get some and the response was the next day at 9 am. Why can't the front desk worker operate a washer and dryer?! Thank God we were leaving the next day anyways. The breakfast was okay but what hotel doesn't have a waffle maker?! Finally, it smelled like weed in the hallway and large trucks were allowed to take multiple parking spaces in the front of the building. Only positives: clean/safe hotel and comfortable beds

The property was updated and clean. My husband was happy when he saw the coffee machine that ground the beans for you.

Rooms were clean and up to date. Only thing I wish we could have changed was the temperature of the pool. It was freezing! Toddlers couldn't keep warm and needed to get out. Bigger kids warmed up in though.

It was very convenient for our travels on 81. We appreciated the friendly receptionist s. The room was very clean and the perfect size for our family. And the breakfast included was fabulous. Unfortunately, the proximity to 81 made for a noisy evening of sleep.

Friendly staff, clean room. Our room happen to face the Highway I81. the on ram with traffic at night is unbearable. Especially with the Motorcycle.
