Friendly staff, clean room. Our room happen to face the Highway I81. the on ram with traffic at night is unbearable. Especially with the Motorcycle.

Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient. Spare bed was broken Mattress down to coils and squeaked terribly Tub wouldn’t drain so had to wait 15-20 min between showers No spare bedding Not enough towels AC rattled and made terrible noise

Location, indoor pool , Lack of restaurant options on site or walkable, pool size and cleanliness. Appeared understaffed. We waited a long time for an extra blanket.

The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi reliable, location excellent for our purposes, and breakfast was pleasant. I had booked this hotel because it had a pool, and the kids wanted to be able to swim. There was no indication that the pool was out of commission when I booked, and no compensation for false and misleading advertising. Quite disappointing on a family vacation.
