All good but no waffles

Hotel was clean and inviting, the room was also and the comfort level of the bed and bedding was OUTSTANDING! Great night's sleep. Would definitely book again.

The room was exceptionally clean! The breakfast was horrible. No hot water for tea or oatmeal. No syrup for the waffles. Orange and apple juice were empty. She filled them in front of me, the inside of the juice machine hasn't been cleaned in ages. Black mold inside where the juice comes out. No milk for cereal, no utensils. The breakfast area is filthy. Apparently they are short staffed and doing changes, but that is not an excuse for a filthy kichen.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Would prefer to have the bathroom closer to the sleeping area. Was not impressed with the breakfast buffet; very few choices.

The young girl at walk in seemed over worked. On nights . Too much for her. TV 's way too small for the rm. Could only see it from one bed. We did miss a cooler there and so.eone found it & brought it in & they kept till we got back there. Which we appreciated!!!

Very disappointed with this stay. The term suite for the room is an exaggerated overstatement. Room key didn’t work and front desk staff needed to let us into the room and one person had to stay in the room at all times to not get locked out. Kitchenette includes no dishes, silverware,cooking equipment. Cabinet doors were broken. Damaged wall and residue on the cabinets. Bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Not much selection at all. Not worth the price at all.

1. Waited at front desk for 10 minutes. Rang bell. No one came for a little while. Line of people there 2. Found a few fruit flies and carpet beetles in my room. 3. Checked the bed for bed bugs and there were none. But around the corner of the bed it looked like someone puked. It was disgusting. 4. Floors were dirty. In between fridge and oven were disgusting. 5. Carpet had some what looked like tobacco all over. Clearly didn’t vacuum well enough. There were some pros too: 1. Clean blankets and towels 2. Staff was nice 3. Property looked nice 4. Affordable 5. Soap and shampoo were good

Toilet did not work and they would not compensate us for the stay did not have a working bathroom the whole night

Unexpected charges. For instance I had asked in advance about their pet policy and any pet fees which they said , multiple times no however throughout my stay my card incured more than one charge for whatever reason. I was told for my pet

Location was very convenient. The diner , Walnut Bottom Family Diner was amazing. The room was spacious and very comfortable Lack of Service at the front desk

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection lacked protein options, leaning heavily towards sugary foods like pancakes and sweetened yogurt.

The breakfast needed more options like eggs and bacon or sausage. The check in experience was horrible. I was given a key to an already occupied room, open the door to that room to find it already in use. I was horrified.

The toilet was plugged Several lights did not work! I asked for a discount was told no by the manager because i used Booking.com!
