Great overall stay.

1. Our reservation was made a week ahead. But there was no accessible room with two beds. One room, the beds were so high, I couldn't get in. There weren't safety bars in the 'accessible' bathroom, so we were moved. 2. The tubs are so slick that we both fell. Bars just don't help this. The 'shower chair' is horrible, and also slick. 3. There was no ice available. 4. Breakfast was shut down at 9 a.m. even though it is posted to 9:30. At one point, at 9:05, my cousin was denied breakfast, while the STAFF made their own. 5. We were there a week. No trash/tidy service that entire time. We had to go down stairs to get clean towels. 6. Kitchenette: ONE cup. ONE spoon. ONE small plate. Bowls in a cupboard so high we couldn't reach it.

Table had food crumbs on it. Bathroom floor did not appear to be well cleaned. Remote was working but you could not change the tv channel. Large scaffolding right outside our bedroom window was disturbing.

The property is very clean easy to get to, and the staff was very friendly and helpful Had an issue with the toilet in my bathroom
-
The room was good. The hotel facility itself was fair. However, the toilet was broke and there was a horrible smell outside the hotel. They didnt offer anything for broken toilet.

Found some dirt around the room

Some lady coming into our room while we were sleeping. I personally believe she was trying to steal something, but that’s just my opinion. There was a sign explaining that the staff members needed access to the rooms on Wednesday and Thursday (June 24,25), not Sunday 28. Then she was really rude when I asked her why she was trying to get into the room. I don’t trust her.

Awful! Paid $150 for our one night stay. Room appeared clean. Staff was not helpful at all. While checking in, we saw other guests ask for clean towels, they were directed to go back to their room, get their dirty towels and come back for an exchange (nice customer service). In our room, we had an issue with a clogged toilet from the first flush and overflowing. Called front desk, no answer but gave an emergency number if needed. We attempted to leave a message, but the mailbox was full. Hung up and called the emergency number, no answer (odd for an emergency number). At 7:30 AM we went to front desk with our toilet issue and we were handed a plunger in a plastic bag and was told "let's see how that does". We resolved our own issue and headed to breakfast. Breakfast was a joke. Zero protein options (no eggs, no bacon or sausage) and they only offered prepackaged cereal, muffins, bagels and a waffle maker. Coffee was barely warm, so could this have been from the night before? Frustrated we left and bought coffee and breakfast elsewhere. Will never stay at a Mainstay Suites again. Pretty sure some of the clientele were actually living there!

I booked the room and they never received the reservation

Breakfast was a joke , not call breakfast call it a snack bar

Signs throughout the hotel and online has breakfast from 6-930am. They changed it to 6-9am. Also on 2 occasions the main lady who works the front desk left her post. One customer waited 30 minutes for someone and Sunday another waited for over an hour. I know this as we were in the lobby for over 2 hours and saw no one. The front desk lady came off the elevators both times. Was she taking a nap is my question since you were gone for so long. Staff smoked out front of the main doors. Not professional. No I wouldn’t stay again.

Clean, convenient

The grills out back and the seating area! Had to change rooms due to a toilet issue. Next room wasn't as clean as the original room, mainly the refrigerator. Need more glasses in the kitchenette. Breakfast is poor. Thank God for the Waffles!
-
Room was clean although there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. complementary soap could have been bigger or more than 2 small bars. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was fresh and good. Not a lot of food choices, could have used more fresh fruit.

Staff is always friendly and polite. The facility is very clean and I stayed several times and never have felt unsafe.

The hotel was good, the room was fine, everything on the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were small but it’s okay. The receptionist( I check in at 3, on Saturday)I don’t know her name, she was extremely rude. She didn’t tell me anything about the breakfast time and when I asked, she answered me very rudely not polite at all, the housekeeper never come, but it’s ok, I always travel and no one was so rude like the receptionist. That made me feel not welcome at all. It’s sad because the hotel was good but that lady made my daughter and I feel very bad.

Easy to find. Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning. Floors in suite were a bit slippery. Second night had no hot water. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Could have had more choices. Staff was friendly.

Well Maintained Property And Cabin. Owner Was Very Friendly And Helpful With Information About The Area
-
It was a nice, spacious room with a comfortable bed. I wasn’t expecting a 50.00 pet fee though. Wish I had been aware of that so I could have chosen a different hotel for a more fair price. At 170.00, It was an ok place to stay for one night.
