Pool was filthy and had very little water (outside) even though the website advertised a pool and said absolutely nothing about it being closed. Mold in the bathroom around the bathtub and surrounding wall. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Requested a refund but was completely shutdown by the manager., he didn't want to hear anything i had to say. Will never stay there again. Also it was $30 more than another best western less than 5 miles away. Worst hotel stay ive ever experienced

The room was nasty. The lampshades all had like grease stains on them, the carpet was dirty and the wall in the bathroom was crumbling apart. The tub and toilet were dirty. I would never stay there again . The back entrance door was broken, there was no security and the fire extinguisher was out of date

Not what they advertised

Cool, car-themed hotel

When I called directly to the hotel for my reservation, I booked a king size bed with a pullout couch for a second bed. It was very important that I have two separate beds as I was traveling with my son-in-law. When we checked in, I was told that they pull out sofas for no longer available at Fairfield Inn. We had to share a king size bed, which was inappropriate. We were not offered any other rooms.

Late check in was easy and accommodating. Room seemed fine but bathroom (shower and floor mold/mildew) was disgusting and disappointing after a long drive. I did report the next morning - hopefully room 102 gets cleaned.

One of the reasons I picked this hotel was because it had an outdoor pool. When we arrived, the pool was not open. They never said what the issue was. Our room was clean enough, but the shower door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. It was disgusting. Housekeeping never came to clean our room. on the third day, I had to go to the desk and ask them to come and bring us fresh towels. The grounds could really use some work. I was very disappointed, because we have stayed at other Best Western hotels and they were very nice.

Rooms were good but they did not have the pool in working order, and it was one of the reasons we picked that hotel was the outside pool..

I went down and asked for another room (The only one left, Carlisle Chrysler Nationals). Went to the new room, most lights worked, shower floor was still gross, less mold and a smaller stain on the sheets. Noticed one of the side tables also had a bunch of sticky stuff and I had to go down to get some cleaner to take care of that. We switched to this room and while taking a shower I noticed a ton of peeling paint on the ceiling, mold on the walls of the shower, toilet paper wasn't "new" and the drain backed up almost to my ankles in a less than 5 minute shower. The sink faucet also wiggled. We were stuck, all other hotels were booked and we had to get some rest so we stayed. The wall by the iron-board was peeled away, the shower also had water damage on the ceiling. One of the tiles in the bathroom/main area also sounded bad when you walked on it. Can only send 8 pictures, I have a few more and a video of the faucet. This hotel looks "nice" in the lobby, but as soon as you get farther in, it needs updated badly.

The staff was always available to assist with any inquiry. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage , bagels , toast , waffles, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea etc Beds were comfortable, good lines, cable tv and a/c was cold. Great location close to the fairgrounds, shops and restaurants. Would like to have thetv on during breakfast to start the day with some news, ambience. Booking again!!

The business was closed due to power outage - we were unable to check-in but were still charged. Having difficulty getting a refund.

I had a,reservation thru a 3rd party, booked it at 4 pm arrived 6pm to no reservation bc hotel was closed for 24 hours prior. WHY was I able to even make a,reservation? Now I can't get my money back and have spent over 90 minutes dealing with 3rd party and this hotel and still no refund on a hotel room where the hotel was CLOSED. horrible customer service as well

We reported the issue to the front desk, and they moved us to another room upstairs. Unfortunately, the second room had the same problems—it also smelled of smoke, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. By that time, it was already after midnight, and we were exhausted from traveling, so we had no practical choice but to stay. However, the conditions raised serious health and safety concerns. The strong mold and smoke odors made the room uncomfortable, and the visible black mold was unacceptable for a hotel that advertises non-smoking accommodations. I expect the hotel to address these issues and consider appropriate compensation for the unsanitary and unsafe conditions.

The room smelled as soon as we entered like cigarettes had to spray perfume in order for us to make it through the night. The bathroom tub was disguising like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The sheets didn’t look cleaned I saw blood stains on the sheets I had to go buy sheets from the store in order to sleep.

Our stay was nice and the breakfast was good

Bathroom was leaking and had water damage. Check in person was fine. Put my stuff down in room, closed curtain, immediately saw bedbug on the curtain and departed property. Wasn’t in room for more than 5 mins. Informed management for reason of departure. Never heard anything. Hotel is advertised as having a “seasonal pool” and was not available. From the state of the property this looks to have been the case for years. Do not recommend.

Room was clean and modern. Staff was helpful via phone and facilitated quick check in/check out. The only down side was limited breakfast options, but all things considered, happy with the value.
-
. no one showed up. corridors smallest different. breakfast is near basic. good things are - spacious rooms, good bedding... other than that the place is unimpressive

Asked for a refund. Said they couldn’t do that on short notice. Settled with another set of sheets that were also stained. At Breakfast some of the machines were out of order (ex. Coffee/tea) Overall just felt grossed out by everything and the lack of effort from employees to try to fix anything. Would never stay again!
